C. ISSUES AND CONCERNS

FACILITATING FACTORS
(Discuss major outstanding factors that contributed to the successful implementation.)
Teamwork served as the outstanding factor that contributed to the successful implementation of the
various programs and activities. Assigned personnel worked as a team in the execution of the planned programs
and activities. They exhausted all the means in order to prepare, acquire, and execute the program or activity
assigned to the given team.

HINDERING FACTORS
(Discuss major factors that caused delay or impeded implementation.)
Suspension of classes hindered the implementation of the program. The LGU considered the safety
of the learners during bad weather as forecasted by PAGASA.

RECOMMENDATIONS / ASSISTANCE NEEDED

It is hereby recommended that DepEd will hire Health personnel intended for the school alone in order
to have right personnel who oversee the implementation of the various programs. This will lessen the load given
to the teacher so that they could focus more on their primary function – to teach the learners.
