REPORTING CHECKLIST
PLEASE GO THROUGH THIS CHECKLIST TO ENABLE US TO PROCESS ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS ON YOUR
FIRST DAY OF REPORTING.

purposes to employees. Therefore, we suggest that you open a saving account at the nearest CIMB

a) Senior Management
Long sleeve shirt and necktie, long pants and shoes. A jacket is required for managers meeting
client or attending functions outside the office premises.
b) Middle Management
Long sleeve shirt with necktie, long pants and shoes. Middle level managers are encouraged to
wear jacket when meeting clients or attending functions outside the office premises.
c) Executives / Officers
Long sleeve shirt with necktie, long pants and shoes.
e) Long / short sleeve shirt with long pants and shoes (long sleeve is not to be rolled up). All shirt
buttons must be in place except the collar button. Shirt must be tucked in.
a) The essence is on professionalism and sensibility. Female employees are encouraged to project
the strictly business image, examples of which include smart dress and pant suits in sober
colours.
b) Revealing and sexy outfit are not allowed. Criteria of revealing and sexy outfits are as follows:-
Sleeveless blouse or T-Shirt.
Figure hugging dress / blouse (inclusive body-suit).
Skirts above 4 inches from knees.
Low-cut dress / blouse.
Sarong / skirt with high slid.
See-through dress / blouse.
c) Court shoes are to be worn at all times. Shoes must be proper with low or high heels. Slippers
and casual shoes are not allowed.
Hair
Hair must be neatly groomed.
3. General
a) All employees must wear their identification tag within their office premises.
b) The dress code must be strictly observed during normal working hours. On Saturdays, the dress
code is relaxed in the following mode:-
i. Batik Shirt are allowed;
ii. Neckties are optional;
iii. Short-sleeve shirt are allowed for Senior Management, Middle Management and
Executive/Officer level.
Apart from the above, the rules of the dress code must be observed at all times.
c) Clothing made of denim materials are strictly not allowed inclusive on Saturdays. Leather denim
jacket of rugged types is not allowed.
d) T-Shirts (inclusive round neck T-Shirts) and sport shoes are strictly not allowed.
f) Exception may be exercised by Heads of Department for those attending field work,
undertaking assignment in rugged train, sports and the like to dress appropriately for such
occasion.

NOTE:
The purpose of this policy is to ensure the proper use of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) Network. If there is
evidence that you are not adhering to the guideline set out in this policy, the company reserves the right to take disciplinary action,
including termination and/or legal action. If you have any question or comments about this Policy, please contact your supervisor.
The following guidelines provide specific instructions and limitations to govem the use of MRCB Network.

Declaration (Please read and tick ALL the check boxes)
General :
1) The computing facilities are to be for activities used in pursuit of MRCB objectives only and should not be used for commercial,
personal gain and advertising.
2) The computing facilities are exclusively provided for use by the employee to whom the MRCB user ID is issues only. "
3) Unauthorized access of computing installations outside of MRCB using MRCB computing facilities is strictly prohibited.
4) The user must not use MRCB computing facilities to obtain and/or exchange unlicensed software.
5) The user is responsible to continuosly endeavor that the computing facilities under his/her custody are free from virus.
6) The user is prohibited from modifying, upgrading, exchanging, replacing, removing any parts or configuration without MRCB
helpdesk's consent.
7) The user must not share his/her User ID with others, unless the account is an MRCB approved shared account.
8) Any attempt to access/modify/delete another user's account in an unauthorized manner is strictly prohibited.
9) Any unauthorized internet access via modems or theathering is prohibited, and 'approved modems' may only attached to
personal computers from remote sites for connection to MRCB's networks.
Internet :
1) Access to the Internet is specifically limited to activities in pursuit of MRCB objectives only.
2) Unauthorized uploading, downloading and trasmitting of any copyright materials, freeware to intellectual property of MRCB are
strictly prohibited.
3) Access, uploading, downloading, storing and transmitting software, documents, material which is libelous, defamatory, violent,
pornographic, obscene, involve gaming and contravene Malaysian and International laws are strictly prohibited.
4) Internet services shall not be used in a manner which would violate any Malaysian law or infringe any copyrght, trademark, trade
secret, right of publicity right or any other right of any person or entity.
5) The user must not participate in unauthorized multi-user Internet applications, gambling and all games.
6) The use of unathorised internet messaging or web chat is not allowed and the creation of personal homepage is strictly
prohibited.
7) It is an offense to knowingly inject viruses into any system or engage in any other form of hacking.
Email :
1) Use of MRCB e-mail or messaging services shall be limited to activities in pursuit of MRCB objectives only.
2) The user must not send messages that are harassing, abusive or threatening in manner.
3) The user must not forward chain letters to other recipients.
4) The user must adhere to all laws regarding copyright, defamation and discrimination.
5) The user must not spend unreasonable amount of time on personal e-mail.
6) The user must not individually send any virus alerts to the MRCB community without MRCB helpdesk's consent.
7) The user must not use e-mails for personal use such as direct selling, advertising, selling of products or any other form of
commercial usage.
8) The user must not post huge attachment files to the community without MRCB helpdesk's consent.
9) The user must not post any messages to the MRCB community at large without MRCB helpdesk's consent.
Applications :
1) MRCB computing facilities shall not be used for copying of copyrighted or proprietary software or programs.
2) Software that is not properly licensed shall not be used in MRCB's computing facilities. Users must not install any software or
tablet, smartphone, scanner etc into MRCB computing facilities without MRCBhelpdesk's consent.
