SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ABC , single, of legal age, American citizen, a resident of San Fernando City, La
Union, hereby name, appoint and constitute DEF and GHI with address Royale
Tagaytay Estates lot 17, Block 1, Phase 1 Alfonso Cavite, both of legal age, and Filipino
Citizens to be my true and lawful attorneys, to act on my behalf and in my name,
independently and individually, to execute and perform the following acts and deeds, to
wit:

1. To buy two (2) lots described as 1) Blk 2, Lot 18 (367sqm) and 2) Lot 19 (320sqm)
located in Garden Hills Subdivision, Sicat, Alfonso, Cavite;
2. To represent me and in my behalf in the processing of the documents needed in buying the
subject lots under my name in any Government Office or Agency concerned;
3. To execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all documents and to do any and all acts in
order to accomplish the aforetasted acts and deeds;
4. To do and perform any and all acts and things which may be requisite, necessary or
proper to carry out the above-stated authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorneys full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing powers, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully
do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue hereof but Granting there were acts and deeds performed outside
the authority given, I will not be held liable.
