Improvements:
- Downgraded Ghostscript to 9.05 due to a memory leak in 9.06
- Updated MSCOMCTL.OCX to include the latest version

Bug Fixes:
- pdfcmon contained a bug on Terminal Servers with disabled logging. Activating
logging made it disappear. This is fixed now.
- Fixed a problem when PDF encryption was enabled, but no password provided. This
resulted in an empty PDF file. Now entering a password is enforced.
- Fixed some minor bugs

Improvements:
- Auto-Save: DateTime-Token now supports a custom format via parameter, i.e. use
<DateTime:yyyy> to get just the year. The counter token allows to specify the
number of digits that will be displayed.
- PDFCreator checks if the spool folder is writeable.
- The update check can be completely disabled.
- Updated PDFCreator languages.

Bug Fixes:
- The function PrintFile was not aware of different PDFCreator printers and their
associated profiles.

- Support for large print jobs (> 4GB)
- Very basic support for managed group policies. PDFCreator settings can now be set
through group policies. Note: The settings user interface will show the policy
values and will not deactivate the respective UI elements. If the users saves the
settings, the policy values will be saved to the user's registry.
- Improved PDFCreator Windows explorer integration
- Improved setup: There could have been problems replacing the pdfcmon.dll during
the setup

Bug Fixes:
- There was a problem where some users could print to PDFCreator at all with the
version 1.3.0 to 1.4.0. We finally have found the reason and have fixed this
