Training Overview: This program provides understanding of transport
network requirement, describes the function, concept, troubleshooting and the
causes and the handling procedures of the alarms of the OSN 8800. The
participants will gain knowledge on the functions, features, specifications of
OTN.
Target Audience: Training is intended for personnel working in multivendor
transmission domain.
Training Methodology: Methodology for the Entire Training would be TLD
(Trainer Led Discussion), Power Point Presentation, Real time Experiential
Learning Scenarios.
Training Pre-requisites: To attend this training program participants should
be –
• Having Basic knowledge of telecommunications
• Having knowledge of SDH/SONET Basics and technology
• Having knowledge of WDM Basics and technology
• Having work experience in optical transport network
