Scope of the study: The proposed system will provide an entertainment and at the
same time knowledge about the crossover and straight through
connection. The system will have a tutorial about the crossover
and straight through cabling installation. The system will also have
a game after the tutorial. The user will arrange the wires according
to its connectivity. Polytechnic College of Botolan offers CSS and
these students will benefit from this game.
Limitation of the study: The proposed system will not teach the definition and other
information of straight through and crossover connection. The
game is crossover and straight trough’s connection only. The
system is intended for CSS, IT or other computer related course/
strand students only. The system is for android only.
Project Design/ Program Specification:
Development Plan: The proposed system will have the following:
1. TUTORIAL BUTTON
- This button will display another form that will teach
the user on how to arrange the wires according to its
connectivity
2. PLAY BUTTON
- This button will show what connectivity that the user
will play (whether it is straight through or crossover)
and its level (easy, average and difficult)
- The easy level will give the user 2 minutes to play the
game, average level to 1 minute and difficult level to
30 seconds.
3. SCORES
- This will show the user’s score. The scoring will also
depend on its type and level.

Scope of the study: As IT students, studying a programming language is very hard
especially if you do not have enough source. The proposed system
will give a definition to every code in PHP and SQL. This will
help the students who study these languages especially those who
make advance readings/ study.
Limitation of the study: This system is an android-based application. The beneficiaries are
those who studies computer related especially programming
related courses.

1. SQL DICTIONARY
2. PHP DICTIONARY
3. EXAMPLES
- This will display some basic programs made of PHP
and SQL.
