Cultus Lake is the largest, warm freshwater lake and the
single biggest outdoor recreation attraction of its kind in
the Fraser Valley. Cultus Lake is one of the few meccas in
the province that offers an almost limitless variety of
summer diversions. In addition to boating, swimming,
waterskiing, sunbathing,picnicking and camping offered
in the provincial park, there exists a host of commercial
attractions in both the adjacent municipal park and in
nearby private sector establishments.
Hot showers are available at all campgrounds and Cultus Lake
Maple Bay day-use area has a cold shower .

Things to Do Enjoy Your Stay

Teapot Hill trail near Honeymoon Bay group site has
steep sections making this trail moderately difficult.
Allow 2 hours return.
Seven Sisters trail connects Entrance Bay and Clear
Creek campgrounds and views stands of Douglas-fir
trees, once numbering seven. Allow 1 hour each way.
Giant Douglas-fir trail begins 150 m west of Delta
Grove campground and leads to a goliath tree and
joins with Clear Creek campground. Allow 40 minutes.
Maple Bay Interpretive trail is self-guiding trail
starting near the day-use parking area. At trailhead,
grab a brochure and enjoy a half hour stroll.
Cultus Lake Horse trail from Watt Creek parking area
goes north 10 km to Edmeston Road. Hiking and
biking permitted. Allow 3.5 hours each way.
Park regulations protect the natural state of the park and
ensure a quality experience for all visitors.
• Fires are permitted in designated fire rings only.
Visitors may bring firewood or purchase at park.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times. Please be
responsible for their behaviour and waste.
• Anything with an odour could attract wildlife to your
site. Place garbage in bins, avoid cooking inside tents
and tent trailers, and store all food supplies, including
coolers, in your vehicle.

Entrance Bay and Maple Bay day-use areas. Swim in Phone: 1-800-689-9025 or 1-604-
buoyed areas; there are dangerous drop-offs along 689-9025 in Vancouver

Cultus Lake has rainbow and cutthroat trout, and

Dolly Varden. Nearby Chilliwack Lake has steelhead,
whitefish and coho salmon. Licence is required.
