DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale, made and entered into by and between:

Pecson Street, Poblacion North, Santa Cruz, Zambales, represented herein
by his duly appointed Attorney-in-fact, _________________, Filipino, of legal
age, single and a resident of of #585 Pecson Street, Poblacion North, Santa
Cruz, Zambales, per Special Power of Attorney attached herein, and
hereinafter referred to as “SELLER”

-and-

________________, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of San Luiz Street,

Poblacion, Infanta, Pangasinan, hereinafter referred to as “BUYER”;

WITNESSETH:

1. WHEREAS, the SELLER is the lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle which is more
particularly described as follows:

2. That for and in consideration of the sum of One million Three Hundred Thousand
Pesos (1,300,000.00 Php) Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
to the Seller’s satisfaction, the SELLER hereby sell, transfer and convey by way of
Absolute Sale unto the BUYER, the above described motor vehicle.

3. That the SELLER further declares that the said described motor vehicle is free from liens
and/or encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any/all claim/s whatsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our hands this 27th day of May 2018
at Municipality of Santa Cruz, Zambales, Philippines.
