Seventh: That the said mortgageswere duly recordedand the mortgagetax due

thereonwas duly paid on the recordedinstrumentin the proper County Clerk's Office at the

place and time which appearsthereon. If Plaintiff is not the original mortgageethen information

regardingthe chainof title will be containedin ScheduleD.

Eighth: That the defendants,Herman Lamison,so named.have failed and

neglectedto comply with the conditionsof saidmortgage,bond or noteby omitting and failing

to pay the monthly paymentsof principal, interest,taxes,assessments,


water rates,insurance

premiums,escrowand/or other charges,all as more fully appearin ScheduleC, and accordingly,

the plaintiff has duly electedand doesherebyelectto call due the entire amountpresently

securedby the mortgagedescribedin paragraph"FIFTH" hereof.

Ninth: That heretoforeand prior to the commencementof this action,part of the

original principal sum was paid to apply on said indebtedness


and thereremainsdue the amount

setforth in saidScheduleC.

Tenth: That in order to protect its security,the plaintiff has paid, as set forth in

ScheduleC, and/ormay be compelledduring the pendencyof this actionto pay local taxes,

assessments,
water rates,insurancepremiums,inspectionsand other chargesaffecting the
mortgagedpremises,and the plaintiff requeststhat
any sumsthus paid by it for saidpurposes
(togetherwith intereststhereon)shouldbe addedto
the sum otherwisedue and be deemed

securedby the said mortgageand be adjudgeda valid lien


on the mortgagepremises.

Eleventh: That the defendantshereinhave,or claim to have,someinterest


in or lien
upon, said mortgagedpremisesor somepart thereof,which interest
or lien, if any, has accrued
subsequentto the lien of plaintiffls mortgage.

Sixteenth: The Plaintiff shall not be deemedto have waived, altered,released

or changedthe electionhereinbeforemadeby reasonof the payment

of this action,of any or all of the defaultsmentionedherein;and

electionshallcontinueand remaineffectiveuntil the costsand
