I, the mother of Cyrene Joy P. Magsakay,a third year BS Medical

Technology student is asking for your kind consideration in the matter that we cannot
accompany our daughter in having a counseling session with you for the reason that I
will be leaving the country on July,19 2018 for work. I was supposed to accompany her
in the said counseling by the guidance office but an announcement was released that it
will be held on august 1.2018 and by that time I will no longer be here in the country
.Attached together in this letter are the photocopies of my valid ids. Rest assured that
we,her parents are fully aware of the current status of our daughter. We are hoping for
