ABENDANO (Spouses Abendano) both Filipino, of legal age, and a resident
of 11 Malipajo St., Meadowood Subdivision, Brgy. Panapaan 8, Bacoor, Cavite,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state

1. We are the complainants in a robbery incident that occurred last 04 May

2018 in front of Land Bank of the Philippines ______________ branch;

2. The the amount stolen from our employee, in the name of Jenifer L. Nieva,
acting on our behalf is P1,700,000;

3. The said incident is lodged in police report no. ____________ in _________

Police Station and signed by ______________________;

4. We are no longer interested in pursuing and prosecuting the foregoing case

for personal and security-related reasons;
