For those of you who came in late, the technique outlined in this booklet can connect you with an Ancient
Power that occultists call, the Goetia. And while this current work is a continuation of the ideas and beliefs
expressed in The New Goetia (available from Starlight Books), its magic can be applied without prior experience.

 There are 72 different Spirits associated with the Ancient Power of the Goetia. I have, however, included only
those Spirits which can be of practical assistance in life.

Some of you may find this technique a little odd, being that it combines aspects of Goetic and Cabalistic Magic
into a single magical working. Let me assure you, the Ancient Spirits of the Goetia are very adaptable and will
work with any magical system designed with them in mind. It should also be noted that none of the varied areas of
influence traditionally associated with each of the 72 Spirits are written in stone.

The Ritual That Will Align Your Mind and Soul

with the Ancient Power of the Goetia

Sit down in a dark, quiet room. Close your eyes and imagine a bright, white light surrounds your feet. As the
light appears, say:

“Ziminiar, who stands in the North, I invoke thee. Let the Gate of Earth be opened.”

Now imagine the white light is moving up your body. The light moves slowly until it reaches your pelvic
region. Say:

“Corson, who stands in the West, I invoke thee. Let the Gate of Water be opened.”

Imagine the light moves up to your chest, on a level with your heart. Say:

“Göap, who stands in the South, I invoke thee. Let the Gate of Fire be opened.”

Imagine that the white light is now moving up your body until it reaches your throat. Say:

“Amaymon, who stands in the East, I invoke thee. Let the Gate of Air be opened.”

Now imagine that the light moves up until it covers your head. Take three deep breaths, imagining you are
drawing the light into your body. Try to actually feel the light circulating inside you. As you exhale, imagine the
light is growing brighter. The image you have in your mind’s eye should be of yourself inside a bright, white light.

This is not as difficult as you may think.

The instructions will say: “Align your mind with the Ancient Power of the Goetia” and this tells you that you
should work the Ritual and, as you sit surrounded by the Mystic Light, recite the following Invocation:

Using the Ancient Power of the Goetia

Let’s assume that you desire to receive a constant flow of money to increase your bank balance.

Perusing the Chants above, you can see that the Spirit Astaroth is concerned with money, and to bring it to you
you will need to work with this Ancient Spirit.

Perform the Magic Ritual, pretending that the light around you has turned to a beautiful, emerald green as you
chant the Name of the Ancient Spirit three times.

Repeat each day for seven days or until the money comes, whichever is sooner.
