INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor accused JUAN DELA PEÑA of

violation of ARTICLE 266 of the REVISED PENAL CODE, committed
as follows:
“That on or about 10th day of July 2018 in the City of
Angeles, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, the above-named accused did there and then willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously, and without justifiable cause therefor,
attack, assault, and beat one JULIO LAPUZ y TATAD punching
him on the face, thereby inflicting on the latter physical injuries,
which have required and will require medical attention for a
period of one (1) to nine (9) days, and have incapacitated and
will incapacitate him from labor for the same period of time”.
