METHOD STATEMENT FOR TOILET / SUNKEN WATER PROOFING

Fix the plumbing pipe ( 110mm dia ) as per drawing and maintain

Grout the Core area by using of Master flow 718 Non shrink

cementious grouting material from BASF
Mix Proportion Add water 4 litres for 25kg of powder and mixing
to be done by using of paddle or hand mix up to lump free

appearance. Prepared Material should be consumed within
30minutes .

Prepare the coving in wall & slab corner joints 50x50mm by using
7 of Master Emaco SBR Bonding agent in the ratio of 1:1:5 (1
Part SBR bonding agent 1 part Cement & 15 part mortar

Conduct the Water pond test 48 Hours for observing the lekages

in slab
If any leakage observed Do nozzel grouting by using of Master
9 Flow 150 material in the interval of 600mm c/c in depth of 75mm
& 15 dia hole.
Finishing the concrete surface -Plastering 12mm thick with
cement mortor 1:4 admixed with waterproofing chemical

( MasterPel 777) material. Add 150ml masterpel 777 for 50kg of
cement
Before applying of brush bond coat floor surface area to be clean

and free from loose particles & dead mortar
Apply first coat of brush bond coat by using of Master seal 550
(Acrylic cementious flexible waterproofing coating )
Mix Proportion : 15kg of

powder & 5kg of liquid Mixing to be done
by using of paddle or hand mix up to lump free appearance .

Apply second coat of brush bond coat by using of Master seal
