As a manager, one item I am always doing is lists. I list out each day what I wish to
accomplish. I list out for each project I work on what I will do to accomplish the
objective at hand.
Finally, I list out processes for each sub-task. Therefore, this book is a series of
lists/words of wisdom for the most common business aspects of utmost importance. It is
envisioned depending on the problem one is having they can go to that list and start to
remedy the issue or learn something new on the topic of their choosing. Additionally, on
each page is an area where one can add notes as they please - possibly applicable to that
subject area.
