Princesa City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint MICHAEL ANTHONY L.
SPOUSE OF PRINCIPAL

OCO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residential address at Sampaguita St.,
Brgy. San Miguel, Puerto Princesa City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact for me and in my behalf, name, place and stead, to do and perform
the following:

1. To PROCESS, APPLY, ENDORSE, FACILITATE and PAY the necessary taxes

required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in relation to the parcel of
land of which I am the OWNER/VENDOR per Deed of Absolute Sale executed
on September 10, 2018 Puerto Princesa City before Atty. Emilia Concepcion D.

Severino and recorded in her book as Doc. No. 66; Page No. 15; Book No. IV;
Series of 2018;

2. To PROCESS, APPLY, ENDORSE and FACILITATE all documents, clearances

and other permits required by the BIR and other government agencies
concerning the transfer of the subject property under the name of the
VENDEE, MICHAEL ANTHONY L. OCO;

3. To DEMAND, WITHDRAW, SIGN, and ACKNOWLEDGE the Certificate

JUMELLIE A. OCO

Authorizing Registration (CAR) from BIR and all pertaining papers and
documents in relation thereto from other government agencies;

4. To REGISTER, PROCESS, APPLY, ENDORSE, FACILITATE the issuance of the

Transfer Certificate of Titles (TCTs) under the name of the above-named
VENDEE by the Register of Deeds of Puerto Princesa City covering the
aforementioned parcel of land; and
