Vice President Lorie Munson to the team and in August, we
brought on Dave Bahls as Client Manager. Dave has extensive
experience in sales, marketing, and even entrepreneurship. In
prior positions, he has been responsible for printed marketing
materials, working with vendors, and staying in contact with
clients. At Symplicity, he will put these skills to use as he works
with clients to provide them with superior telecommunications
services. Welcome to Symplicity, Dave!

Symplicity On the Town

In August, several of the
Symplicity ladies attended the
Grand Rapids Area Chamber of
Commerce Athena Scholarship
Fundraising Event, A Stylish
Soiree. We spent the eve ning
enjoying a glass of wine, hors
d’oeuvres, and spa services, all
atop the Amway Grand Plaza
Hotel at Cygnus 27. Check out
more pictures from this and other
events on our facebook page.

Rapids Chamber event on August 25.

Last week, the ladies attended the Wine, Women, and Chocolate fundraiser to benefit the Women’s Resource
Center. The event was held at the Goei Center in Grand Rapids where we enjoyed delicious wine, chocolate, a
silent auction, and of course good company.

Partner Showcase
Symplicity has access to all of the major telecom carriers, but this month, we would like to highlight US Signal as
they continue their expansion into eight new markets in 18 months. The Grand Rapids based company continues
the expansion of its long-haul fiber network into Southern and Central Illinois, St Louis, and Southern Indiana.
This expansion will add about 1,000 miles of long-haul fiber to the US Signal network.

You can learn more about US Signal’s expansion by clicking here.

About US Signal : US Signal owns one of the largest fiber optic networks in the Midwest and covers Illinois,
Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Missouri. Built between 1998 and 2000, they currently have over 7,000
miles of lit fiber and metro rings and access to over 150 on/off ramps. Established as a company in 2000, US
Signal’s vision is to be a full-service, fiber optic provider offering carriers class service to carrier, wholesale and
retail customers. Learn more about US Signal on their website listed below.

Client Corner
“I highly recommend Catherine's company Symplicity Communications. We
just hired her company for our new phone system. Her company delivered
beyond exceptional customer service from the very start of our project, to the
very end and even after our system was installed. Her company works very
hard to earn the business and I look forward to watching her company grow.”
