About this User Guide

Overview

LVA-i is an end-to-end automated/semi-automated evolution platform, designed to assist

managers with their decision making process by providing unbiased information using
Nemesysco's LVA7 technology for voice analysis.

This manual is designed to provide LVA-i users the knowledge needed to operate the LVA-i
system, together with some insights into the LVA technology.

Additional information about LVA technology, different investigation techniques and their
interaction with the LVA-i, additional tools based on LVA and research materials are
available from Nemesysco upon request.

Intended users

LVA-i has of 2 user guides:

1. The Operators' and Managers' guide: provides explanation for the different
functionalities of automatic and scripted testing modes, and describes the LVA-i
repository, reporting system, overall analysis and in-depth analysis tools to review
and identify elements of "Risk".

2. IT / System administrator guide: explains the requirements for the LVA-i system
distribution, installation, licensing, setup and users management.

It is assumed that the reader has basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows operating system
and software operation.

LVA-i - Overview and Background

1
1.1. What is LVA-i?
LVA-i is an advanced integrity and veracity testing platform that supports both automated
computerized testing, as well as agent assisted over-the-phone analysis of scripted
protocols. It is based on proprietary voice analysis technology, comprehensive security and
truth assessment techniques and carefully crafted questionnaires. LVA-i measures the
emotional content and/or the integrity risk potential of a person being tested in various topics,
allowing the tested parties to express themselves freely using a natural speaking form in the
language they are most comfortable with.

The computerized LVA-i test uses a "double-stimuli" mechanism, presenting the questions in
both visual and audible means, to increase the level of involvement and reaction to the
questions.

Agent assisted over-the-phone questioning utilizes specially designed questioning scripts

made to illicit emotional and cognitive reaction within the applicant’s verbal response.

Please note: LVA-i is NOT an automated polygraph, it requires nothing more than
the tested party's voice, and the responses it can process are not limited to “yes” and
“no”. In the same manner, the system does not produce a "Lying"/"Truthful" result.

The LVA-i test results include a clear and easy to understand final Integrity Risk score for
each of the tested topics, as well as additional indications and warning signs that can be
used as a supportive indicator for follow-up interviews.

The LVA-i platform, equipped with the relevant questionnaires, can be used for many
different purposes, including integrity and risk potential, credit risk assessment, employee
satisfaction survey and more.

LVA-i was designed to be operated with minimum operational training and requires no
specific technical or theoretical expertise for operation.

1.2. What is Integrity Testing?

Basic integrity testing attempts to measure an employment candidate’s potential for
dishonesty, theft and/or other unlawful behavior.

The Integrity Risk result, as shown by LVA-i, reflects the probable risk of the tested party
acting in a manner that might expose your organization to risk.

LVA-i –User guide March 2011

1.3. LVA Technology

LVA technology is based on a proprietary set of vocal parameters found through research to
correlate with key human emotions, and in various combinations to be able to identify
deceptive intentions in “real life” scenarios. These vocal parameters were identified from a
large repository of audio files captured in different languages and a numerous life situations,
from police interrogations, through call centers to controlled experiments. Many of the
parameters Nemesysco’s technology uses are new to the world of phonetics, and focus on
the uncontrolled and yet phonetically unexplained properties of the human voice.

LVA is a security-level technology designed to serve professional investigators in their line of

work, by providing indications that further directs the investigation procedure to the relevant
path. LVA analyses can be performed in real-time (using a microphone or on a telephone
conversation) as well as off-line on previously recorded material. LVA-i system is using the
LVA technology in a highly controlled manner using scripted conversations, which enables
the system to "understand" what emotional reactions are expected in each part of the call, as
well as which emotional reactions are not.

Nemesysco's LVA-i can be used for the following purposes:

 Pre-employment screening

 Periodical veracity tests and "Honesty maintenance"

 Special event tests in the organization (Theft, secret material leakage, etc…)

LVA-i integrates voice analysis with carefully designed sets of investigative questions to
produce its assessment. The questions are specifically designed to scan the subject’s
history, test the consistency of the subject’s opinions in the present and determine the level
of the subject’s commitment to the future.

1.4. The LVA-i telephone Scripts

In order to achieve optimal detection of risk potential from candidates that can only be
reached over the phone, LVA-i uses different pre-designed conversation scripts to guide the
operator through the questioning phase that is relevant for each scenario.

LVA-i package contains few standard employment scripts with questions in the classical and
most relevant topics. Additional custom made scripts for different needs can be created per
requirement.

The LVA-i report is automatically generated based on the analysis of the answers given in
response to the scripted questions in the different topics.

Using "Conversation Scripts" ensures that all the needed information is gathered by the
contact center operator and provides uniformity to the facts gathering process.

1.5. The LVA-i computerized questionnaires

Your package of LVA-i comes with a set of default questionnaires according to your
instructions at the time of purchase and the requested selection of languages at that time.

LVA-i –User guide March 2011

LVA-i automated questionnaires are based on Adobe Flash™ technology, providing easy
methods of multi-media editing and advanced options in creation of unique questionnaire
files by third party vendors, combining additional techniques of investigation and more with
the LVA capabilities.

To learn more about this option, please contact your Nemesysco representative.

1.5.1. Proposed computerized test scenario

The following describes a typical scenario using LVA-i computerized testing within a
dedicated testing facility:

 The LVA-i operator ensures that the testing room is clean and quiet, making it suitable for
conducting a test with no interferences.
 The LVA-i operator logs into the system using his username and password, and prepares
a test for the candidate by filling in the candidate's details and selecting the relevant test
questionnaire from the installed questionnaire list.
 The operator clicks the "Start Test" button and invites the tested party into the testing
room.
 The operator will explain the test process and how to use the handset and keyboard.
 The operator may now leave the room, allowing the candidate to complete the test in
privacy.
 If the test is available in different languages, the tested party can select the language
he/she feels most comfortable with by clicking the relevant button on the screen using the
mouse. This purpose of this is to reduce any unnecessary stress resulting from the
inability to properly understand the questions.
 The candidate reads and listens to instructions provided by the LVA-i system, and is
asked to reply to a series of questions using the handset and the Space bar on the
keyboard.
 Once all of the questions have been answered and the candidate is notified that the test
has been completed, the candidate leaves the room and the LVA-i system returns after a
few seconds to a logged off state, waiting for an authorized user to log-in.

Ideally, the HR Manager will now login and view the Test Report as a preparation for a
follow-up interview based on the findings of the test. Alternatively, it is possible to proceed
with testing other candidates one after the other (repeating the steps above), and later review
the test reports for all candidates to make the next step decisions.

1.6. Different roles and users in the LVA-i system

LVA-i has 4 pre-defined types of users:

1. Operator – the operator is responsible to receive and initiate the computerized test or
the telephone call with the applicant and initiate the process in the company's
systems. The more efficient the operator’s work is, the more positive effect it will have
on the evaluation process down the line.

2. Account managers – The professional recruiting agent overseeing recruiting

processes for a specific department or entity, and is capable of further interviewing
and looking for more in-depth analysis in the high risk cases.

LVA-i –User guide March 2011

3. Managers: LVA-i provides these users with access to the full database of all open
and new tests, so initial review and assessment can be performed quickly. LVA-i will
highlight all high risk tests, and all high risk topics within these tests to provide the
Managers means to evaluate the pending case and quickly assign it to any specific
Account manager if needed.

4. System managers – The system manager is responsible for the proper operation of
the LVA-i system in the organization, managing the users and passwords, setting
permissions and technical settings, as well as ensuring LVA-i periodic licenses
renewal.

1.7. Legal notice

Risk detection using LVA technology has been found to be effective in reducing
organization’s exposure to unlawful acts and deter fraudsters; however, this kind of testing
should only be performed in accordance with the pertinent local laws and regulations.

Please consult with your legal advisor for the applicable regulations in your region.

The Automated Test Mode

The standard "Pre-employment questionnaire" is used

hereunder for example purposes only
2
2.1. The Standard Pre-Employment Questionnaire
The Standard pre-employment questionnaire is divided into eight different topics, with each
topic containing a number of questions, covering a
specific issue or subject. For example, the first topic is
Confidentiality and Secrecy, the second, Theft from a
place of Employment and so on. The questions are
presented to the candidate in a specific order. Once
the candidate’s response has been recorded, there is
no way to retract the answer and the candidate is
presented with the next question within the topic. At
the end of each topic, LVA-i will automatically
progress to the next topic, displaying the name of the
new topic before continuing.

The contents of the default pre-employment questionnaire are designed to provide an

average weighted risk factor of each of the topics covered.

The aggregated risk factors reflect on two main areas:

 The candidate’s past history, present and future opinions and behavior with regard to the
theme of the given topic.
 The extent to which the candidate is willing to overlook his own negative behavior and the
negative behavior of others in this area.

Following are the topics covered by the default pre-employment questionnaire:

 Confidentiality and Secrecy

 Theft from Place of Employment
 Credibility and Criminal Tendencies
 Bribery and Kickbacks
 Fraud and Deceit
 Drug Usage
 Alcohol Usage
 Gambling

LVA-i –User guide March 2011

In addition to the eight topic areas explicitly measured in the questionnaire, the LVA-i
assessment also provides risk information for two implicit domains: Loyalty and Honesty.

Loyalty

This is a general weighted average risk factor which describes the extent of the candidate’s
commitment to act in the best interests of the place of employment - even if this action goes
beyond the minimal requirements of the job description.

Honesty

This is a general weighted average risk factor that describes the extent to which a candidate
is willing to talk about himself even when describing his own negative actions or attributes.

2.2. Conducting an automated test - step by step

In the Main screen click the “Automated Test” button. The "Prepare a new test session"
window will open (Figure 2.2).

Figure 2.2: Prepare a New Test

 Please note your screen may or may not show different elements based on your specific
system configuration and the user privileges.

LVA-i –User guide March 2011

2.2.1. Preparing the system for a test

Applicant's Details

Please fill in the candidate’s information in the appropriate fields, including information for
“Company” and “Position” if applicable. Please note, while the Company field was added for
HR agencies, the "Company" field can be used for other internal purposes, like different
departments within your organization. This information will be stored and later retrieved when
generating the analysis report for the candidate. Select the test you wish to perform and click
the “Start the Test“ button to begin the test.

The Welcome screen will appear and the candidate can begin the test. It is advised to
conduct a full sound test and ensure the input and output voice levels are indeed ok for the
tested party (see below).

The test can be performed in different languages, according to your original selection and
availability. To add language options, contact Nemesysco customer support.

2.2.2. Preparing the applicant for the test

Before applying an automated test, it is important the tested party receives full instructions
and explanation about the test procedures and test objectives. It is advised to provide the
tested party with a "consent form" explaining the topics and nature of questions that will be
asked, and allow the tested party to ask any clarification questions or quit. This preparation
phase is made mainly to reduce stress from topics that are irrelevant to the test, and
increase the anxiety in preparation for the topics that may indeed be problematic to the
tested party, making the reactions to these clearer top identify.

In the case of an over-the-phone test, it is advised to publish a similar note on your website
and direct the tested parties to review and digitally sign it before taking the test.

An English template of such explanation form is included with your LVA-i pack.

If applicable in your country, the candidate should sign a legal consent form at this stage.

The candidate is then invited into the test room. The interviewer should repeat the purpose of
the test. The operator should now explain the benefits of the system vs. other techniques. It
is important that the operator keeps in mind that the "respect" to the system in the eyes of the
candidate should not be compromised.

Then, the interviewer describes how to navigate through the questionnaire (see “Operation of
the Questionnaire” below). After answering any final questions the tested party may have,
the interviewer asks the candidate to wait until he/she leaves the room, and begin the test.

LVA-i –User guide March 2011

First, the Welcome screen will ask the candidate to select the test language. Then, the
system will ask the candidate to confirm or edit the personal information (Figure 2.2.2a).

Figure 2.2.2a: Details Confirmation

The system will then present the introduction which consists of a list of test guidelines for the
candidate (Figure 2.2.2b). Once the instructions have been fully displayed and read to the
candidate, the candidate will be prompted to begin the test by pressing the Space bar.

Figure 2.2.2b: Introduction Screen

2.2.3. Operation of the Questionnaire

The first question to appear on the screen is a Pilot Question (Figure 2.2.3a). The purpose of
this question is to familiarize the candidate with the format of the questionnaire and test
process. The candidate’s response to this question is not included in the final analysis.

LVA-i –User guide March 2011

Figure 2.2.3a: Pilot Question

Following the pilot question, the system presents the first topic in the questionnaire, and
displays each question within that topic one at a time. Each question is displayed as well as
read aloud through the handset. After the question has been read, the candidate should
answer into the microphone while keeping the Space bar pressed down for the duration of
his answer. If the answer was successfully captured by the system, a message marked in
yellow will notify the user and the next question will appear. If the response was not
captured, a message marked in red will indicate an error and will instruct the user to repeat
their response while holding down the Space bar. The only way to navigate from question to
question throughout the test is by answering clearly into the microphone while keeping the
Space bar pressed down. Once a question has been answered, there is no way to return to
that question in the current test session.

Note: For optimal results it is recommended that the user provides detailed answers (a
couple of verbal sentences will suffice). Answers that consists of “Yes”/”No” alone may not
provide enough audio data to render high quality analysis even though the system will be
able to capture them.

Once all the questions in a given topic have been answered, the system presents the next
topic in the questionnaire, followed by the questions for that topic. At the end of the
questionnaire, LVA-i will inform the candidate that the test has been completed (Figure
2.2.3b).

Figure 2.2.3b: End of Test Screen

2.2.4. Manager Override Control

If at some stage during the test there is a need to prematurely end the test, the interviewer
may interrupt the test by pressing the Ctrl + SHIFT + 4 keys simultaneously. Upon detection
of this command, the software will stop the current test session and return to the login
screen. The data collected until the session was interrupted will be stored.

The Phone Test mode

3
3.1. The Pre-Employment Questionnaire for phone interview
A specially designed pre-employment questionnaire for telephone interviews is also included
with your LVA-i software. Unlike the automatic questionnaire, this questionnaire is designed
in a form of conversation script where the operator reads through the pre-scripted questions
one after the other with the candidate.

The design of the questions and their scoring is similar to the one described in the automatic
test (as explained in chapter 2 above).

3.2. Main screen

In the Main screen click the “Phone interview” button. The same "Prepare a new test
session" window will open, but the test selection list will now display only the script files
suitable for phone test.

Figure 3.1: Prepare a New Test

3.2.1. Preparing the system for a test

Fill in the candidate's personal details just like described for the automated test above.
Select the test you wish to perform from the list and click the “Start the Test“ button to
begin the test.

3.3. Conversation Management screen

When starting a new test session, LVA-i will open the "Conversation Management" screen
and automatically loads the selected script. Once loaded, LVA-i starts monitoring the
conversation and analyzing the incoming voice input.

Please note – this screen may be customized to meet the specific needs of each
client, and may or may not show different screen elements in different
installations and posts.

The Conversation Management screen contains the following screen items:

LVA-i –User guide March 2011

 Reference number field: If not done so during the test preparation phase, type into this
box the relevant Ref. Number that will identify the tested party in other systems your
organization may be using. This can be done at the end of the conversation as well.

 SUSPEND button: mutes the incoming voice and suspends the voice analysis for as
long as the button is pressed. Use this button if other voices (noises or other speakers)
are heard on the phone, or if there is any need to suspend the analysis for any other
reason.

 Change script button: Opens the script selection window (if more than one script is
available in your system).

 STOP the test button: stops the script and finalizes the session – breaking the standard
test pattern. Use this button only if the conversation with your test subject was
terminated in the middle of the test. When the script is done, the test session will end
and be finalized automatically.

 Script text window: displays the next question or textual message for the operator to
follow:

1. Messages that appear with black background indicate a question to be answered by

the customer. Only the answer will be analyzed by the system.

2. Messages that appear with blue background are indicative of script portions which
are instructive or messages to the operator – and the system goes into auto-
suspend mode, in which no voice analysis is performed.

 “Next” question button: click this button whenever the subject completes his
answer to the question displayed and advance to the next question in the script.

Note: depending on your system’s initial setting the “Next” button can operate in 2
ways:

1. "Flexible mode": the Next button is always active and responds to mouse clicks to
move to the next question in the script at any time.

2. "Silence enabled": The Next button is disabled until enough data is collected and
for the duration of the subject's response. It will become enabled once 2 seconds of
silence are detected. This mode is useful to prevent operator errors.

 Operator's comments line: In this text line, you can add your own comments (notes,
extra information, own assessment, etc.) and those will be added into the final report for
the supervisors review.

 Segments counter: counts the number of voice segments processed by the system for
the current script question. The indication color changes from Red (not
enough voice segments processed) to Green (OK to proceed).

Always wait for the applicant to complete his answer – however, If the given
answer is a short one (i.e.: “yes” / “No”), ask him to elaborate some more.

LVA-i –User guide March 2011

 Current Topic indicator: displays the progress in the current script from left (beginning
of script) to right (script completion).

 “Return to previous question” button: click this button to move back to previous
questions in the script.

This is useful in case the customer suddenly recalls additional information

that is relevant for one of the previous questions.

 Sound level indicators: these 2 color bars indicate the input audio levels of both the
operator and the customer's voice. These bars change their color according to the
voice amplitude (blue if the amplitude is low, green if the amplitude is in the
proper levels and red if the amplitude is too high). Normally, it should remain
green throughout the conversation. If the bars turn red frequently or for more than
few seconds, please try to reduce the volume played into the headset using your
phone’s volume selector.

3.4. Final Assessment window [optional]

Once the script has reached its end or the "STOP the test" button was pressed to terminate
the session prematurely, LVA-i will automatically reevaluate the test results.

If the system was set to display closing statement – it will display the proper message
according to the final risk score (Low, Medium, High).

After you close the message window, LVA-i will open the "Final Assessment" window, in
which it shows the final overall risk score.

In this screen you can type in specific information relating to the case and the applicant. You
may be further requested to add your own final assessment and final remarks and
impressions based on the facts and description provided by the applicant.

Figure 3.4: Final assessment screen

The Final Assessment screen:

 Mark Low Risk: Click this button if you assessed the customer as honest and you think
the case is genuine and the relevant details provided are acceptable.

 Mark High risk: Click this button if you feel some information provided should be further
investigated, and you suggest the Account manager will review the case.

 Close Session: Saves the information to the case file and returns the system to Standby
mode.

This window will also display the applicant’s data that was entered prior to the test. You can
modify it at this time.

 ID/Ref [mandatory!]: enter the internal clam ID / Policy number to allow the case manager
to quickly identify it.

 Full name [optional]: Add the applicant’s name in this field.

 Contact number [optional]: enter the applicant’s main contact number.

 Final comments [optional]: you can add your comments and thoughts in regards to this
case and it will be saved in the database.

 (Extra information) Open / Close additional fields of information:

 Mark Male / Female buttons

 e-mail address

 Date of birth

 Cellular phone number

Each of the fields has its own icon on his right side to make sure you remember
which data should be entered into it. If you forget what the icon means, just move
your mouse pointer over it.

3.5. Conversation process

Click the “Start the test” button as soon as the conversation with the candidate begins. The
system will automatically start to perform voice analysis and will associate the analysis with
the selected test topics.

It is important you follow the script exactly as it is written and let the subject
express himself freely, while you keep him focused to answer the currently
displayed question.

Remember! The system associates the answer with the currently DISPLAYED
question, so do not proceed to the next question until the subject finished his
answer and the next question should be asked.

Make sure to ask the question in a clear, polite and professional manner. After the
applicant answers the question to your satisfaction, continue to the next one.

LVA-i –User guide March 2011

If you are not satisfied with the answer, do not hesitate to ask again or request further
clarifications.

It is important to remember, and make sure your subject understands: There is no

time limit and no rush to complete the questionnaire - It is more important to receive the
proper answers and information from the applicant, and make him feel comfortable as much
as possible.

Once the test is over, fill-in the required information in the Final Assessment window. Add
your own risk assessment to the conversation by clicking the appropriate risk button. You
can also add your final comments about this test.

When selecting a specific answer or segment from the other tabs, the player will play the
relevant answer or segment/s, and will show the selected portion location on the bar below
the slider.

4.6. The Risk Analysis Results

Based on the automatic test or conversation script, LVA-i will generate a risk report divided to
the different topics and questions. The risk level summary is presented using colored bars.
Each bar corresponds to one of the topics covered in the
script, and sums up all the risk indications collected from
the different questions in that topic. The size and color of
the bar reflects the detected risk level for that topic. The
longer the colored part bar is, the higher the risk. Each bar
will appear in one of three colors:

 Green - indicates Low Risk (0%-40%)

 Yellow - indicates Medium Risk (41%-60%)
 Red - indicates High Risk (61%-95%)

High S.O.S indication (indication about elevated hesitation and possible undisclosed portions
of the story) will be represented with an asterisk (*) symbol in the text line next to the color
bar. (To learn more about S.O.S, please see the following section).

Low Risk

A Low Risk score indicates that the information provided for the topic can be trusted, and if
the actual data provided is acceptable logically and textually, it requires no further
investigation.

Medium Risk

Medium Risk score is indicative of some elevated emotions and/or unexpected reaction. It is
recommended to further investigate the topic in a follow-up interview, asking more specific
and focused questions that will assist clarifying the reason for the elevated risk.

A Medium Risk score may also be the result of withholding relevant information, extreme
stress in a topic, or the effect of negative information from the past.

High Risk

When a High Risk score is presented, the applicant was reacting in extreme manner to the
questions in the specific topic, and the information provided must be revisited and further
investigated. Topics receiving high risk score are definite warning signs and should be
carefully explored. Review these sections in the Segment Map display to ensure these are
not the result of noises and/or other voices, and to capture the exact words used to answer.

LVA-i –User guide March 2011

The Warning Log Report

This screen section provides textual

highlights of high and medium risk
questions within the topics. These are the
actual questions that showed risk
indications and need to be further
investigated.

The warning log may also include additional indications, such as the operator's high risk
assessment, different comments and script notes.

4.7. Report View – The Details tab

This screen provides the user with a deeper analysis of the test results, as they are divided
into the topics and specific questions. Use this screen to further examine “High Risk”
answers, and cross references in topics that may reveal something new.

By default, the screen will display the High Risk questions open for review.

The risk scores displayed in the summary report

(initial screen) represents the weighted overall risk of
all the subject’s responses' risk values for each
specific topic. Each value reflects a summary of the
overall emotional activity and reactions that were
detected and analyzed for all questions in the given
topic.

Each question has a total score for risk and

additional informative indicators:

<Stress> / <Low Stress> / <High stress>: The general level of "danger" or negative
expectation the subject felt when discussing the topic/question. The higher the stress level is,
the more risk the subject attaches to the topic at hand.

<Concentration> / <Low Concentration> / <High Concentration>: The general

concentration and attention the subject “invested” in the specific topic/question.
Concentration levels higher than normal may indicate a special sensitivity to the topic
(sensitivity of a more offensive nature). Very low concentration levels may indicate high
embarrassment in discussing the topic/question.

<High S.O.S> (Say or Stop) Level: S.O.S is a unique and interesting indication. It relates to
situations were the subject says something he regrets at the very same time of saying it, or in
cases where additional information comes to the subject's mind, but he decides not to
disclose it.

<Anticipation> / <High Anticipation>: The tested person is trying to “anticipate” what type
of answer will meet the test requirements although he does not necessarily believe what he
is saying.

see at the playback bar at the bottom of the screen the location of the current
answer being played.

Playback
Use the player bar at the bottom of the screen to review the whole conversation or any
selected portions of it.

The Printed Test Report

The final reports can be easily printed into a convenient one-

page to two-page format, and can also include a long version
and detailed analysis of each and every question. The printed
report contains all test information and results, as well as
additional fields that may be used for approvals or other
administrative purposes.

4.8. Irregular report results

Sometimes you might encounter a person who suffers from extreme anxiety (due to the fear
of having a “dark secret” revealed or because of other unrelated psychological issues). This
anxiety will not necessarily manifest itself on the outside, but will be recorded in their voice.

In these circumstances the final risk

summary might look completely “red” in
all the topics. Therefore, in the test review
you need to try and uncover the source of
the problem in general (Is he not feeling
well? Suffers from extreme anxiety?
Recently experienced trauma? Has deep
remorse about something?).

It is important to note that sometimes unusual results might appear when the test is
conducted in a noisy environment or using a faulty equipment. To ensure this is not the
case, listen to some of the recorded answers to determine the quality of the voice. If the
recording is too noisy you will probably need to recapture the case story by calling the
customer again. If the problem is faulty equipment, contact you system administrator.

4.9. Report system

The LVA-i report system provides an informative display of the LVA-i test log.

To generate a report, simply select the relevant date range and click on the “Generate report”
button.

LVA-i –User guide March 2011

The report contains the following information:

 Total number of tests and number of High & Medium Risks tests (HR/MR).

 The number of times each test script was used, and how many HR/MR tests were
detected using the specific script

 List of Topics across the different scripts and the average risk associated to them.

 Statistic about operator’s usage of the system, and HR/MR tests distribution per
operator.

On the right side of the screen, a pie-chart presenting the total tests divided to High / Medium
& Low risk is displayed.

The generated report can easily be printed for your records.
