DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute sale is made, entered and executed by and between:

BENJAMIN NAGBENTA, of legal age, married to Elizabeth Ganda, Filipino and

resident of #32 Happy Homes, Calumbaya, Bauang, La Union, hereinafter referred to
as the VENDOR;

and

AMA G. GOMEZ, of legal age, married to Ina C. Gomez, Filipino and resident of
Masipag St., Calumbaya, Bauang, La Union, hereinafter referred to as VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the Vendor is the owner of a parcel of land located at Masipag St.,
Calumbaya, Bauang, La Union, and more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land having total area of 125 sq. meters, more or

less, Bounded on the North by Lot 12345-C part; on the South by
Lot No. 7896; on the East by part Lot 12345-D, Barangay Road
and on the West by Lot No. 7896-B, and denominated as Lot 1-
A.”

That the VENDOR’s ownership is evidenced by a TAX DECLARATION No.

9632258 of the Assessor’s Office of the Municipality of Bauang, La Union;

WHEREAS, the VENDOR signify its willingness to sell and the VENDEE agreed
to buy the above mentioned property;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Three THOUSAND

PESOS (₱3,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the VENDEE to the VENDOR,
receipt in full is hereby acknowledge by the VENDOR to his satisfaction, the
VENDOR hereby SELLS, CEDES, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS in a manner that is
absolute and irrevocable the above real property unto the VENDEE, his heirs,
assigns and sucessors-in-interest.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed this DEED OF

ABSOLUTE SALE this 5th of May 1972 at Municipality of Bauang, La Union.

BEFORE ME, a notary public for and in the Municipality of Bauang, La Union,
personally appeared Mr. Benjamin Nagbenta presenting to his Driver’s License with
no. 58966 issued on October 7, 1971 valid until October 1974 and Mr. Ama G. Gomez
presenting to me his Driver’s License with no. 123465 issued on December 21, 1970
valid until December 1973. Both known to me to be the same persons who executed
the foregoing instrument and acknowledged to me that the same is their free and
voluntary act and deed.

This instrument consisting of two (2) pages including this page on which this
acknowledgment is written, has been signed by both parties and their witnesses and
sealed with my notarial seal.
