5. DISTILL WATER PLANT

6. B. O. D. INCUBATOR
SIZE 3 CUBIC FEET, TEMPERATURE RANGE: 50 C TO 600 C + 0.50 C.
Constructed of double walls the exterior made of sheer steel. Flush fitting
insulated door has magnetic gasket, the inner chamber is made of stainless
steel, see through inner door makes it possible to inspect specimen without
disturbing the temperature. The shelf position of trays is adjustable. A compartment
is formed at the back of interior into which is fitted the refrigeration evaporator and
heater. Powerful air circulator creates positive airflow through the incubator.
A hermetically Kirloskar sealed compressor housed below the incubator
comprising of self illuminated mains solid state full automatic digital temperature
controller cum indicator with indicator lamps and protective fuse. Supplied with
RTD prove one to sense the ambient temp. With reference to which it
controls the set temp. Automatically inside the chamber with Fluorescent Tube.

7. CHIMNEY

9. LAMINAR AIR FLOW BENCH CONSTRUCTION:

Made up of heavy gauge M.S. Sheet with powder coated finish. The design is as per
international standards. Double filtered air blows in laminar flow through the work
table at designed velocity of 90 ft/min. +20%. HEPA filter has an efficiency rating as
high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99,97% with hot DOP.
Designed to meet the filtration illumination, noise and vibration requirements of US
Federal standard 209 B ( BS 5295 ) providing particle free air to meet class 100 ( class
1 ) conditions.
Provides a comfortable ‘sit down’ working position with foot rest. 1 No
Uniformly well-illuminated work top.
