DHA’s role in administration ofthe existing Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contrat at Ridgecrest
TTenace Apartments. I always welcome comments on information tht may requte correction or
clarification,

Housing Department and City Attomey's Office. I will alao requed that the City Attorney's Office
forward a courtesy copy of the Chapter 125 lawsuit against Ridgecrest Terrace Apartments to the
appropriate party. I understand you received the courtesy copy. Please see enclosure.
hope we both agree thatthe Steele Properties/DHA joint venture to acquire and manage Ridgecrest.
Terrace Apartments should affirmatively further fac housing and to tht end, how isthe proposed Stecle
Properties DHA joint venture affirmatively furthering fair housing and
