I am passionate about finance. I discovered this domain back in 2009 as a
personal challenge by developing strategies for trading the FX market. Since then I have been building numerous algorithms, and some of them were or still are used today in order to manage my own live portfolio. Nowadays, my portfolio is fully automated and composed of more than 20 robots that trade various pairs, majors and crosses. Although it is also used as a mock-up account for assessing strategies, it has grown up by about 50% last year.
Always keen to acquire knowledge, I aimed at gaining formal education in the
Oddity field, therefore I am currently working towards an MSC in International Finance (due by Rigorous the end of 2014) with electives in Corporate Governance and Ethics, Money and FX Markets, and M&A and Private Equity. I have been awarded the Dean’s scholarship for Imaginative this postgraduate program, which is taught by the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF). My assignments have all received strong feedbacks so far. Gregarious Moreover, in an effort to extend the range of study, I have earned with a 100% Intergrade in 2013, a Cornell University Certificate in Executive Leadership that consisted in MBA- Noesis level courses.
Applicative I could confidently describe myself as a very polyvalent character. I am a former
psychologist and a member of the Psychometrics Society. In 2005, one of my tests in Logical cognitive psychometrics (applied statistics) has been peer-reviewed prior to be published by the French branch of Pearson Education. Furthermore, I used to be an entrepreneur in the IT sector, a consultant for Asian firms such as Foxconn Technology, and the co-founder of two companies, one in France and another one in the UK for which I have assumed the role of CTO during three years.
In addition, I used to have had a constant benevolent activity in savant societies.
I am the founder (1999) and Co-President of the Cerebrals Society which gathers individuals from all over the world, among whom Finance industry executives such as for examples a former member of the NYSE management committee and a MD of a top tier bank. This gave me an unique opportunity to build an international network.
As it seems important to me to maintain my network in the IT sector, I am still
regularly attending electronic shows such as the CES in Las Vegas, NV, but with the eyes of the financier above those of the technician. I am really looking forward now to find a pathway in the Finance industry, using as best as possible both my diverse experiences and my recent formal education in Finance.
I thank you for your consideration and look forward to hearing from you at your convenience.
