JOB OPPORTUNITY
Island Hideaway re branded, as hideaway Beach resort & Spa is an exclusive luxury boutique resort
situated on the privately owned uninhabited virgin island of dhonakulhi in North Maldives, Indian
Ocean. Currently the resort accommodates 10types of 103 villas. The island is a heaven of peace,
tranquility and serenity. After an extensive renovation of the entire island we are proud to introduce
54 new luxurious water villas, new dining concept and additional services and facilities.

Qualification & Experience

• BBS or MBBS with postgraduate degree / diploma or with equivalent qualification in any
medical discipline.
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Strong personality who fosters good team working relations
• Positive with a ‘can do ‘attitude
• Experience working in a multicultural team
• Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, people’s person and very service oriented
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

Copies of the following documents MUST be submitted along with the CV

• National Identity Card or Passport.
• Undergraduate and postgraduate medical qualifications.
• Qualification Certificate
• Secondary school certificate
• Documentary evidence of internship, not less than 52 weeks.
• Certificates of registration with other medical licensing authority
• Certificate of Good Standing (CGS) issued by the medical licensing authority of the country where the
doctor has been practicing for the last 01 years prior to the application. The CGS received by MMDC must not
exceed 03 months from its issued date.
• Experience certificate
• English Language competency

Test results obtained from the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test OR the Test of English
as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) within the minimum score stated here can be considered, subject to a validity
period of 02 years based on the date of the test.
IELTS - at least 6 for overall score
TOEFL - 250 marks for computer-based test or 600 marks for paper-based test or 100 marks for internet-based
test.
