Paddy Transplanter

*A rice transplanter is a specialized

transplanter fitted to transplant rice
seedlings onto paddy field.

 The seedlings are stacked in a tray.
 A mechanical finger operated by a suitable
mechanism pick up seedlings from the tray.
 Seedling are carried to the soil and placed at
proper depth in a nearly upright posture.
 The mechanical finger comes back to its original
position so that it can repeat the process.
 The machine moves forward to the next location
for planting.

How Rice Planter Works

The rice planter is mainly comprised of three parts, the motor and the running gear and the
transplanter device. The transplanter includes the the seedling tray, the seeding tray shifter, plural
pickup forks. The seeding tray is like a shed roof where mat type rice nursery is set. When the rice
transplanter is brought in the field, the seedlings were fed on the seedling trays. Then the tray shifts
seedlings like a carriage of typewriters as pickup forks get seedlings from the tray and put into the
ground. The pickup folks act like human figures by taking seedlings from the tray and pushing them
into the earth.

Why Use Paddy Planter? / Benefit

1. Efficiency.
*The paddy planter can transplant more than 0.2 hectare field per hour.

2. Time saving and labor saving.

*The rice transplanter machine can transplant the seedling quickly and with less than two people.

3. Flexible.
*The machine is with compact structure and small volume can operate in the field easily.

Precision Seeder

provides a more efficient way to seed large vegetable gardens and flower
beds. Depending on the model, they can be used to plant
small vegetable seeds (onions, carrots, cabbages, radish,
salad etc.), or bigger seeds such as maize, or beans

The «seeding units» are independent and fixed to a bar which can be mounted on a
walking tractor or a tractor. You decide: from 2 rows up to 12 and even more (maximum
width of the bar: 3 meters!). The bar is marked every 5mm for easy and precise row spacing
settings.

Function
Precision planting machines provide the exact placement of each seed at the same interval in each
planting groove. The spacing between grooves or often referred to as spacing ranges, is generally
made wide enough for the weeding. The source of attraction used can be human, animal, tractor-2
tractor and 4-wheel tractor. In general, there are 4 main parts that always exist in precision planting
tools: furrow opener to control the depth of planting, metering seed to keep the inner space interval
in the groove uniform, the groove cover to cover the groove, and pressing wheel (pressing wheel) to
compact the soil around the seed so that the contact between seed and soil is good enough.

Benefit
 Precise planting (constant depth and spacing)
 Easy to operate and adjust
 Durable and low maintenance
 Reliable technology
 Ideal for sorted bulb crops
