Biuret calculation in melt urea

Dear Gentlemen,
Can any one share the expression to calculate biuret contents in urea solution at different temperature, pressure and concentration of urea solution.

DEAR MD. KASHIF NASEEM
The Biuret test carried out in our lab.The formation of biuret occurred at high temp.High Conc. and high residence time.The Biuret sample taken from different sample point if required the sample points are
same.Normally the biuret analysis carried out in Urea prod.If any abnormal case the biuret Analysys carried out Through out Reactor/stripper/MPD/LPD/Vacuum.No factor of Pressure/Conc & Temp in case of
analysis.
The analysis procedure as following
The Biuret reagent is made of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and hydrated copper (II) sulphate, together with potassium sodium tartrate. Potassium sodium tartrate is added to complex to stabilize the cupric ions.
Proteins in the alkaline environment reduce Cu2+ to Cu+, which forms a coordination complex with proteins, leading to a blue to pink colour change.

I want a mathematical / graphical correlation with temp. time and concentration at different points so we can calculate the estimated value of biuret at urea plant.

As per your material balance biuret reported 0.61% but practically biuret reported 0.9%1.01%, why difference ?

Dear Bhawna,
The biuret is the function of temperature in Urea melt pump to Prilling tower line the line is about 100 mtr lenght,urea melt temp should be maintained to close to its melting point i.e 134 deg C.,but duet fluctuations
in process parameters it varies from 134 to 138 deg to avoid diversion prilling.If you maintained 134 deg c then Biuret will be 0.7 to 0.8%.also the vacuum system temp i.e 1st vacumm,2nd vacuum and Pre conc
temp to maintained as per design.

Heat of Reaction of Biuret (∆HR) =Heat of Formation of Product (∆H(f) – Heat of Formation(∆ H(f) ) of Reactant
∆ H(r) = ∆H(f) Products ∆ H(f) reactants
∆ H(r) = (562) KJ/mol + (46)KJ/mol 2(333.5) KJ/mol
∆ H(r) = 59 KJ/mol
Hence Heat of Reaction of Biuret (∆Hr) is +59 KJ/mol
and the Reaction of Biuret formation is Endothermic Reaction
