DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed in Zamboanga City, Philippines, by-
PILAR F. JALAO, of legal age, widow, Filipino Citizen, with
residence and postal address at Catumbal, Cabaluay, Zamboanga
City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR,
- in favor of –
LETICIA ENRIQUEZ, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen, and
with residence and postal address at Guiwan, Zamboanga City,
Philippines, hereinafter called the VENDEE.
WITNESSETH: THAT –
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the lawful owner/claimant of that certain
real property situated in Manicahan, Zamboanga City, Philippines,
particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land situated at Barangay Nanka, Zamboanga City; containing an area of
FORTY FOUR THOUSAND FIFTY FOUR(44,054) SQUARE METERS, more or less, found
to be within Project No. 20-A, Block VII, Alienable and Disposable per LC Map No. 1039,
certified September 12, 1933, per attached sketch plan verified by Severino A. Calimag,
LEP, CENRO, Zamboanga City, under oath before Liberty G. Atay, Chief, LEP Coordinator on
February 8, 1996.

WHEREAS, the VENDEE has offered to buy and the VENDOR has agreed to
sell the above-described property for the price and terms and conditions
set forth hereinbelow.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises, and more
specifically of the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS AND 00/00 CTVS.
(PhP200,000.00), Philippine Currency, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged from the VENDEE to the entire satisfaction of the VENDOR, the
said VENDOR does hereby sell, transfer, and convey, in a manner absolute
and irrevocable, in favor of the VENDEE and her assigns, the land above-
described.
That the VENDOR does hereby warrant valid title to, and peaceful
possession of the property herein sold and conveyed, and further declare
that the same is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the VENDOR has hereunto set his hand at the place
first above written on this 13th day of May, 2011 at Zamboanga City.

foregoing instrument, and acknowledged to me that the same is her own free and
voluntary act and deed.
