The customer currently uses alternate indoor losses to that of the project defaults.

They do this by using

the override database settings (in ASSET) for the AW user and entering the relevant indoor losses.

All non-PCA servers are set to use the AW schema. However when they edit the non-PCA job called
AW_H3G_3G they notice the project loads with neighbours despite the project options of the

AW user set as follows

Historically they have always used the ArrayWizard Administrator logged in as the AW user however
since they added multiple schemas they were instructed to use the Administrator account. Obviously
now the project load options of the administrator account seem to apply when editing and creating AW
jobs. However this raises some important questions:

1. What happens when the project loads of the administrator and the agent schema differ during job
execution : We performed an iteration at our end. We created two schemas in Arraywizard, one for
user “administrator” and other for ‘Rallen’ .It seems that project load options in the Arraywizard
(when logged in through administrator) neither takes the administrator settings(i.e project load
settings done for administrator user when logging into Asset ) nor the agent schema setting (user
Rallen in this case). It takes the last used setting in the Arraywizard for administrator user. Please
find the snapshots in the attachment.
2. Which diff table records are referenced for Jobs administrator or agent schema (AW/AW2/AW3) :
We are not sure about this.
3. What indoor losses are now used, those set by my the administrator or the agent schema : We
believe that indoor clutter losses settings are not included in the Arraywizard schema settings. The
indoor clutter losses set for the administrator user or the user with which Arraywizard is logged in
are used. Please correct if we are wrong here.

4. Is there another account other than the administrator account we can use for ArrayWizard
administration This account is used for many other activities and I cannot guarantee project load
options or diff record status for this account: We could login to Arraywizard with any regional super
user or power user but only the default schema and the schema created for that user can be used.
