7. SUCCESS AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

Success and acceptance criteria have been established for the Project Team to ensure
thorough vetting and successful completion of the project. All success and acceptance criteria
must be met in order to achieve success for this project. The said criteria are both qualitative and
quantitative:

1. Meet all indicated project deliverables within the time schedules

2. The final deliverable was approved by the stakeholders

3. The JPIA Locker is implemented

4. Accomplish an overall documentation in connected with the project

8. CONSTRAINTS

The possible constraints or limitations that maybe encounter in this project are the
following:
Time constraint in terms of the schedule in making a locker. It will only be limited from
the month of August to October 2018 and thus, affects the quality and the structure of
the locker
Cost constraints especially when the cost required in the project exceed the estimated
and planned budget for the project due to lack of fund

Risk constraints is the possibility that the locker is not in accordance with the proposed
one
Customer Satisfaction constraints when the customers are not satisfy on what they
expect because of the quality
Resources constraints when the team can’t able to come up on what materials will be
needed and who will made it.

9. HIGH LEVEL RISKS

The following risks for the Management of JPIA Project have been identified. The project
team will determine and employ the necessary risk mitigation avoidance strategies as
appropriate to minimize the likelihood of these risks:
