Free form expression. A modern twist on a traditional design,
the long white tendrils move against the dark background
to draw the onlooker’s eye from one end of the motorcycle
to the other. The Starfire Black base features subtle metal-

These Stretched Side Covers are sculpted to smooth the
visual transition from the side of the bike to the front of
the saddlebag, and trade the traditional stepped look for a
rearward flowing design. Shaped to flare out and down the
saddlebag face, the sleek side covers complement the body
lines and eliminate the saddlebag guard clearance notch at
the lower corner for a seamless flow. And unlike some after-
market designs, these side covers fit without significantly
compromising the available passenger foot space. The

with the Chopped Engine Guard. This guard offers a slim,
low-profile design that retains function while delivering a
unique styling twist. The upper mounts connect midway

COOLFLOW™ FAN
Keep your cool on a sweltering summer day. Engineered
to maximize rider and passenger comfort in high tempera-
ture situations, the CoolFlow™ Fan is the perfect addition
if your bike is subjected to parade duty, rush hour traffic,
or extreme temperature environments. Unlike traditional
fan kits that try to cool the engine by blowing air across
the cylinders and often onto your legs, the CoolFlow Fan
keeps the riders comfortable by pulling air away from the
rear cylinder and exhaust pipe, and directing it toward the
ground. The wind-tunnel tested fan is tucked away above
the transmission, and when combined with mid-frame air
deflectors, significantly drops the temperature the seated
rider experiences.
The CoolFlow Fan features switched On/Off/Auto opera-

tion. In the “ON” mode, the fan is active at low speeds, and
will turn off when the bike reaches 40mph. As speed drops,
the fan turns back on at 35mph. This logic program prevents
the fan from cycling on and off during low speed changes.
In the “AUTO” setting, the fan operates based on a combi-
nation of speed parameters and specific engine and ambi-
ent temperatures. Built to withstand the harsh motorcycle
environment, the all-weather CoolFlow Fan is 100% water-
proof and includes everything you need for installation. The
plugand-play design is integrated with the vehicle elec-
tronics, so “On/Off/Auto” fan operation is indicated in the
odometer screen. Your dealer will enable this function in the
Electronic Control Module (ECM) and you’re ready to roll.

performance. Cam choices allow you to tailor the engine’s performance to your specific
needs. A “torque” cam offers on-demand throttle response from low- to mid- RPM at

The next step on the performance journey is to build a “bigger” engine. An increase in
engine displacement allows the engine to swallow more air and fuel, a higher compression
piston squeezes the air/fuel into a more volatile mixture, and when combined, generates
more power when ignited. A displacement and compression increase provides torque
increases throughout the entire RPM range with a 15-25% improvement in the mid-range
power. ECM calibration tuning is required to adjust STAGE I fuel flow and timing to

Eight™ engine without removing the engine from the chas-
sis. The Screamin’ Eagle® team has engineered a 4.075" Big
Bore Cylinder that increases the internal bore but slips into
the existing case bore without modification. When combined
with the appropriate piston and flywheel combination, as
used in the Screamin' Eagle Stage III kits, these cylinders

Milwaukee-Eight engine reduce the chance of detonation
and allow the engine to take advantage of higher compres-

Eagle Milwaukee-Eight Stage III kits, these pistons increase
the engines compression ratio to 11.0:1, and deliver impres-
sive gains in torque and horsepower. Forged from high-

ing and hands-free disarming for vehicle electronic security
functions. Hands-Free Fob communicates directly on its own
unique and individualized frequency with the Hands-Free
Security Module and Antenna. Attach the Hands-Free Fob to
your vehicle ignition key ring and as you upright your vehicle
or switch the ignition on, the Hands-Free Fob will commu-
nicate the Security System “disarm” command allowing
you to start your vehicle. After riding your vehicle, park and

Security System will automatically self-arm, disabling your

Control the airflow to your lower legs for maximum riding
comfort. Original Equipment on many Touring models, these
Color-Matched Fairing Lowers feature a venting system
that allows you to adjust the amount of air that circulates
E E across the engine. On hot days, open the vent to direct addi-
tional cooling air and on cold or rainy days, close the vents
for maximum protection from the elements. The ratcheting
friction lock pivot allows you to easily set the position. The
complete kit includes left and right Fairing Lower, conve-
nient glove box and lid and all necessary mounting hard-
ware. NOTE: Fairing Lower Kits are painted in a single color
and do not feature pinstriping.
