Installation of Fixing Support and Anchors

* After examine the site condition at the job site, will coordinate with other
service to avoid any interferance or interruption for the service.

* Proceed with installation of hangers supports and anchors only after

completed the Structural Work.

* Install supports / hangers using ________ M10 deep in anchors bolt and use
threaded rod M10 directly installed into it. And fabricate and fix proper angle
iron supports. Fix into it. Supports are 1 to 1.5meter _____________ as per
the requirement

Fixing Cable Trays & Ladders

* This cable trays and ladders are using for submain cables installations. As it is
not in the part of the BOQ still it is required to complete the job and will claim
in separate items

* This procedure will define to the method to be used to ensure that cable tray,
trunking ladders installation are correct and acceptable to local authorities
requirements.

3) STORAGE

* Cable ladders, trays , trunking are properly stored

* Cable tray ladders are stored in dry area

4) PRE - INSTALLATION

* Please verify all the locations are correct.

* No clashing with other services. Coordinate with relevant people to avoid

______________ of the work.

* Make sure all tools and equipments are used for installatio work is in
proper order.

5) INSTALLATION

* Establish the cable tray, trunking ladder route on slab / wall. Make sure
the route is coordinated to other services.

* Support shall not exceed more than 1.5meter in horizontal installation.

* Vertical installation support also 1.5meter intervals.

* Install threaded rod support / angle bar support for horizontal installation.
Make sure supports are properly anchored and rigid and aligned.

* Sharp ends of the trays and ladder and removed and protected before
laying any cables

* Cable trays / trunking shall be connected adjuscent lenghts. Connection shall

be mechanically strong so that there is no relative movements in the joints.

* Earth link shall be fixed on adjuscent connection of metal trunking

* A minimum of 25mm clearance will be provided between the trunking / trays

where in cable trunking carring power cable run in parallel with low voltage
cable trays/ trunking.

6) DOCUMENT REFERENCE

* Approved shop drawings

* Approved materials are used for trays / installation

* Make sure site supervisor take necessary safety precautions for the equipments
and tools and platforms to be used.

* Keep site tidy all time. Cleanall unwanted materials from Fabrication place.
