Mr. President.

Since 1860 during my own presidential election, the republican party, which I led,
did campaign against the expansion of slavery, beyond the states in which it already existed..

Mr. President. In your times you’re taking the country back to slavery, without regard to the
republican victory and the southern succession and the ultimate civil war of all the states..

Mr. President. You are a bright young man, but your education is incomplete, your wisdom has
not grown and you’re not as mature as the union is which you wish and plan to extinguish..
Mr. President. My own Emancipation Proclamation assisted your own freedom, you have never
known a slave but you make it so easy to enchain the American people, binding them with yoke.

Mr. President. Only a few days ago you were known as Mr. Barack Hussein Obama. The
American ppeople
p have changed
g yyour name,, in faith and in hopep that yyou would pprotect them all
and better the Union and all its people. You are proving that you’re not ready, not today.
Mr. President. You have lied to the people and they have long memories. Their remembrance
takes in the entire history of our great country, not just you. You are barely the footnote.

Mr. President. You want to change, you do not want to understand. You want to eat the steak
while yyou trick,, swindle and trap
p others as yyou are the organizer.
g The President is a title of
magnitude and importance although you are quickly becoming the insignificant experiment.
Mr. President. Men have died on the field of battle today, far away from home. As you play the
economy, overtake the financial system, redistribute wealth, change markets you have applied

..no prudence, no saving, no scaling‐down and you will bankrupt the farmer, the factory worker,
the Armyy wife and their children. The Socialist Mr. President cannot lead the United States. The
Communist cannot, the Marxist cannot, only the free man Mr. President, only the people.
Mr. President. My first proclamation, issued September 22, 1862, declared the freedom of all
slaves in any state of the Confederate States of America that did not return to Union control by
Januaryy 1,, 1863. I understand that one of your
y first proclamations
p was to free prisoners
p that
helped to kill women, children and men within the United States. Turn around and look…

The Thirteenth Amendment to the

United States Constitution officially
abolished and continues to prohibit
slavery and involuntary servitude,
except as punishment for a crime. It was
adopted on December 6, 1865, and was
then declared in a proclamation of
Secretary of State William H. Seward on

Lincoln and others were concerned that
the Emancipation Proclamation would
be seen as a temporary
p y war measure,,
and so, besides freeing slaves in those
states where slavery was still legal, they
supported the Amendment as a means
to guarantee the permanent abolition of
slavery.
Mr. President. My second proclamation, issued January 1, 1863, named ten specific states where
it would apply. Additionally, my Proclamation provided a legal framework for the emancipation
of nearlyy all four million slaves as the Union armies advanced,, and committed the Union to
ending slavery, which was a controversial decision even in the North. Look back Mr. President..
Mr. President. , You have asked one American to report on another citizen. You have dishonored
your office, so look back Mr. President and allow all men freedom to extend their words and
ideas. Men have died for you
y and others,, putting
p g you
y in the White House was not your
y doing,
g,
millions of people before you, lay beneath your foot path.

During the crisis of secession and prior to

the outbreak of the Civil War,
War the majority
of slavery‐related bills had protected
slavery. The United States had ceased slave
importation and intervened militarily
against the Atlantic slave trade, but had
made few proposals to abolish domestic
slavery. Representative John Quincy Adams
had made a proposal in 1839,
1839 but there
were no new proposals until December 14,
1863, when a bill to support an
amendment to abolish slavery throughout
the entire United States was introduced by
Representative James Mitchell Ashley
(Republican, Ohio). This was soon followed
by a similar proposal made by
Representative James Falconer Wilson
(Republican, Iowa).
Mr. President. It seems that you want more then being a free man, having your home, your
freedom and liberty is not enough for you. You want to remove the free choice, the free will,
and even the sovereignty
g y of our great
g nation. In your
y own looseness you
y will be disgraced.
g
You cannot abandon total freedom as it will always abandon you before your task is done..

Slavery in ancient cultures was known to occur

in civilizations as old as Sumer, and it was
found in every civilization, including Ancient
Egypt, the Akkadian Empire, Assyria, Ancient
Greece, Rome and parts of its empire, and the
Islamic Caliphate
