Jan 26, 2015 Noticed there was stomach pain right before bowel movement and that my bowel

was small round ones which alarmed me.

Jan 27, 2015 Pain again but just like yesterday, after the bowel movement, pain disappeared
and the bowel this time was like the usual bowel – not small round ones

Jan 28, 2015 There was pain again but when I went to the cr the feeling of moving bowel was
no more as well as the pain. Later, I had the bowel movement. I also moved in
the office.

Jan 29, 2015 I did not feel the pain but it seemed my stomach had air inside bubbling?? Before
I had my bowel movement but my bowel was normal.

Jan 30, 2015 I had my bowel movement in the office. There was a little pain again.

Jan 31, 2015 I felt a little pain again then moved at once at 6 am.

Feb 1, 2015 Not so much pain but just like feeling indifferent inside my stomach before I
moved at past 6 am. Then another one at around 4 pm.

Feb 2, 2015 I felt something different inside my stomach so I thought I would move my
bowel, but not. After my dinner, I tried to move (by force) since I felt like
moving again. Good I moved but less than the volume I expected…

Feb 3, 2015 I was still upstairs when I felt to move bowel; that was past 5 am. I did not feel
any pain in my stomach anymore… Thank you, Lord! The bowel was normal. I
again moved at lunch time in the office. No pain again. Thank you, Lord…

Feb 4 & 5 No bowel movement

Feb 6, 2015 Regular feeling. Moved bowel at 5:10 am. Then I again moved while in the
office at around 3 pm after eating camote as snacks.

Feb 7 Moved at 5:00 am though had already the feeling at 4 am. Regular feeling again.

Feb 8 Moved at lunchtime. No problem, ok feeling.

Feb 9 Moved at lunch time again. Then at 10:30 pm. No pain again…

Feb 10 Moved at 5 am, then in the office at 9 am while having an exam. I felt like
moving again but I just stopped because of the exam. But after about 40 min, I
moved again… My vowel was just like that at 9 am which is softer than the 5 am
bowel. Maybe because of the papaya which I ate last night. Then I went to
Ormoc at 10:30 am, arriving there at past 12 nn. I bloated with little bowel!
 Then when I returned to the office, I moved again at 5:30 pm, then home at 8:30
pm.

Feb 11 No bowel movement

Feb 12 Bowel movement at 11:30 am

Feb 13 Bowel movement at 3:40 am (I woke up at around 3 am)

Feb 14 Bowel movement at 5:40 am(I woke up at around 4 am)

Feb 15 Bowel movement at 4:20 am(I woke up at around 3 am)

Feb 16 Bowel movement at 4:40 am(I woke up at around 3 am)

Feb 17 Bowel movement at 5:40 am (I woke up at around 5 am)

Feb 18 Bowel movement at 4 pm (office)

Feb 19 Bowel movement at past 6 am.

Feb 20 Bowel movement at 4:45 am

Feb 21 Moved at 4:50 am.

Feb 22 Moved at 8:30 pm.

Feb 23 Moved at 5:30 am

Feb 24 Moved at past 8 am

Feb 25 Moved before 12 nn (office)
