To whom it may concern,


I hereby Authorize Ben Johnson Bulac to claim the JBL E65 headphones that is ready for
pick-up in my name at your office as I will not be able to get it tomorrow as I have a flight at
5:00 a.m. and will return on October 3, 2018. From what I understand in your replacement
policy, that once the item is ready for pick-up and the item is not picked up after 5 days it will
be subject to storage fee. In order to avoid this storage fee I have requested Ben Johnson Bulac
to claim the item in my behalf.
