The main responsibility as A Sales manager was to motivate agents to close sales lead by example. I was developing
effective training programs that taught agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and
complete paperwork for the sale. Post training, expectancy sharing and ample hand holding with the agents. These goals
