NOTICE

Spot Counseling under NRI / NRI Sponsored / Foreign National Category in

B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Programme

This is for the information of all the candidates that 04 seats are vacant in NRI/NRI
Sponsored/Foreign National Category. The eligible candidates are being directed to report for
spot counseling on 18.08.2018 at 10:30 am for admission, failing which the candidate will lose
his/her rights of admission and the seat will be allotted to the next candidate in the list. In case of
more than 04 candidates turning up for the counselling, only 04 candidates having higher inter-se
AIR/Score (CLAT-2018) shall be admitted. For other details refer our earlier notifications.

Important instructions to the candidates

1. Candidates are required to report to the University for counseling/verification of the
documents on 18.08.2018 at 10:30 A.M. Admission shall be given to the candidates in order
of CLAT-2018 merit.

2. The candidates are also required to bring the following original documents & one set
photocopy with them at the time of counseling/admission process:‐

 High School/Secondary School Mark sheet and certificate in support of proof of age.
 NRI/NRI Sponsorship Certificate (in the format uploaded on the University website)
 Copy of NRI/OCI card
 Admit Card and Score Card of CLAT-2018
 Mark sheet and certificate of Intermediate or an equivalent examination.
 Conduct/Character certificate from the Head of Institution last attended.
 Transfer and Migration certificate from the Institution last attended.
 Affidavit of year gap, if any
 Five color photographs (3 passport size & 02 ticket size).

3. At the time of counseling, if the candidate is found eligible for admission in B.A. LL.B.
(Hons.) programme, he/she will be required to pay Rs.80,000/- instantly. He/she will also be
required to submit the rest of the fee i.e. $8,000 within next three working days. The
payment has to come from the account of the sponsorer only.

4. Apart from the above mentioned fee, all the candidate shall be required to pay Rs.20,000/-
towards partial payment of mess fee for the academic year 2018-19. Payment can be made
by using SBI Collect option which is available on University website i.e.www.rmlnlu.ac.in.

5. For the submission of fee through RTGS/NEFT (from the account of the Sponsorer), the

6. At the time of submission of the fee of the sponsored candidate, the sponsorer must
provide the details of the sponsored candidate (Name, father's name & enrollment
number etc.) to the bank.

7. The candidates who transfer their fee through RTGS/NEFT are directed to send the
details of the same on the email id aao@rmlnlu.ac.in
Note:
1. As directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the Writ Petition (Civil) No.
600/2015, admissions under NRI/NRI Sponsored Category will be subject to the
outcome of the writ petition.
2. Merely reporting for Counseling and depositing of fee doesn't guarantee the admission
of the candidates. Admission shall be subject to verification of documents/eligibility
conditions. Admission will be given on the basis of CLAT-2018merit only.
