As per DILG Memorandum Circular No.2015-66, introduce the Barangay Anti-

Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) Program, directing all local chief Executive across
the country to implement and make an initiative in addressing the long standing
battle against illegal drugs.

Relative thereto, the Provincial Local Government of Compostela Valley through

its Provincial Legal office (PLO) in collaboration with the Department of Interior
and Local Government (DILG) Comval will conduct a training strengthening
Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) and Barangay Administrative
matter on the following schedules:

August 29, 2018 - Municipality of Maco (1st batch)

August 31, 2018 - Municipality of Maco (2nd batch)
