Carousel Events
A Brook Carousel Event delivers accurate information about health,
well-being and risk taking behaviour whilst creating opportunities for
Education
young people to engage in learning that is both relevant and transferable to
their lives. This is largely an information giving event, delivered in an engaging,
practical and fun way, which ensures optimum learning for the young people
who take part.
Typically run over half a day, with a group of around 100 young people, these
events are extremely popular, and a great way to introduce young people to the
staff and services of Brook, as well as a variety of our partnership agencies.

Our outreach introduces young people to Brook, it's services and staff,
whilst breaking down some of the social barriers that may be
preventing young people from taking responsibility for looking after
their sexual health. By starting a relationship with Brook in a familiar
space, young people often feel more comfortable in accessing
our main clinical services, if and when they need to.

Groups 1HA explore values, relationships, interpersonal skills, confidence
and self-esteem.
In the long term, Future Focus programmes result in young people who are more likely to
take responsibility for themselves and others, who are informed, who feel free to ask
questions and who know what they value about relationships.
The programme is delivered across 5 full days and will take place within your setting.
Alongside this programme we deliver our Open Awards Accreditation Level 1 Award
‘Skills for Further Learning and Employment’. Each student will be
given the opportunity to gain their qualification and develop their own interpersonal
skills, confidence and build upon healthy lifestyles.
