Democratic National Committee, Tom Perez, and John Podesta’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s

Complaint (ECF No. 21); Defendants Podesta Group and Kim Fritts’s Motion to Dismiss (ECF

No. 23); Defendant Deborah Wasserman Schultz’s Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 24); Defendant

Huma Abedin’s Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 33); and Defendant Imran Awan’s Motion to

Dismiss (ECF No. 50) are GRANTED; it is

FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(h)(3), this

case is DISMISSED; it is

FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Substituted Service on Defendant

Imran Awan (ECF No. 35); Plaintiff’s “Request for Oral Argument on Opposition to Podesta et

MOOT.
