1.0 Executive summary

In a research study there should be a follow-up of how things relate to each other, this proposal

covers what will be expected in the full study of the research. The proposal consists of pre-

planned events and activity to aid in developing a structured research paper. In the proposal there

is the introduction (abstract), this part briefly points out what is expected of the research paper.

The introduction touches on the need for the study and reason why the study needs to be

conducted. In addition, still in the abstract, there is the case study (the problem statement of the

study), to easy the research through guidelines on what is to be solved, and why it needs to be

solved. The second part of the proposal is the goals of the report as per the entrepreneurial

expectation to the professional approach of a business venture. The goals of the study are the

objectives to be followed. Further, there is the study description that provides the events to be

followed (Agenda), and any other related activity, and a critical analysis subtopic. The other part

is the benefits of the study, this part discusses the pros accrued in the study as a potential

entrepreneur. The final part of this report is the action to be taken to make sure the study is

implemented.

1.1 Introduction

While entrepreneurship involves designing, launching and running a business there are several

skills and different criteria that make a business outstanding. This reports majors deeply in the

techniques and planning need to put in place for a healthy and prosperous business environment.

Entrepreneurship has been described as the willingness and the capacity to come up. Develop

strategically, organize, control, and manage a business. An individual might have all the

idea then proper proceeding to a successful business is provided. Over the years, the number of

such online sources has raised, this might be because of getting familiarized with internet

The aims of the study can be summarized as follows:

1.3 Study Description

The study description provides the information needed to be carried out in a successful

entrepreneurial business venture. For instance, in this research study, there are a number of

factors to be considered. The main activities to be given the first priority is the details of the

1.3.2 The Event Analysis

The event left every individual in wonder, the activities carried out in the events were surprising,

what many people expected was not what was evident during networking. The specialist from

diversified places brought in new ideas to the events. One could have thought about planning,

capital generation and choice of business as the main things to discuss. This was totally different

from the normal expectations. New approaches were taught in details among these things, were;

• Habits of highly effective people, these included what the prosperous CEO and managers of a

recognized business ventures conduct themselves. (It is all about dominating and satisfying

customer needs).

• Awareness and familiarizing online sources on business.

those organizations.

1.4 Benefits of the Event (Context Application)

There were a number of things to point out that was assumed in the past and they are of high

priority in the workshops framework. The study dwelt more on the perspective of every

individual related in the business, from the consumer to the service provider. The normal

frameworks provide the guidelines on customers’ satisfaction and other consideration like

minimizing the production cost to generate larger revenue, it was totally different in the event

study. Getting into the mind of the customer and engaging one’s mind was the core thing I the

study. For instance, a response to the experience of how an individual would think of a

framework was basic inventory. Thinking of different entrepreneurs and related outcomes were

given too, a practical way of convening a workshop idea called pitching is also something to

credit. I personally, think of an online platform to connect job seekers and employers, from the

study I see myself benefiting a lot in this type of frameworks and activities provided by HFEA.

1.5 The Study Evaluation

Generally, the study proves to the best approach to follow considering a number of factors. First,

the study gets deep to character ethics and personal ethics (Covey). Ethics is a vital element in

learning businesses. The second consideration is getting into the mind of the targeted groups,

why the group would follow what you are doing because of why you are doing it and not because

of how and what. Winning mindset that is derived from proactivity. However, the study did not

touch on online solutions to businesses that are happening in the cloud. This seems to be the

platform to conduct businesses in the future, taking into account the account the advancement in

technologies. Moreover, the study was limited to time, much time could be allocated to tackle all

the frameworks, activities and techniques.

1.6 Action

The study has been good, but the main aim to keep it functional and in utilization is to implement

the plans and approaches. A potential entrepreneur ought to study the funding stack and then

come up with the financial plan get started. Once getting finance and planning ideas have

dwelled for first everything else follows. I have not yet got into the implementation of the study

but I will consider this approach when the time comes. In the future, I believe, more awareness
