Responsibilities Handled:

 Installation and configuration of SAS 9.2 on client servers, all pre-installation tasks in relation to
that, hotfix application, memory tuning as per requirement, post-installation configuration and
permission related tasks, performing cross platform data restore. Installation of SAS Local client
(SAS Add-in on MS Excel) on user’s system. Installed and configured SAS 9.4 on a test
environment.

as required in SAS Management Console.

 Using Analyze/Repair metadata utility to repair metadata repositories in case of a metadata

corruption, checking permission trees on metadata, deleting unwanted permission trees in case of
a corruption. Using Server Manager in SAS Management Console for validation of servers. Using
Data Library Manger to manage SAS libraries, tables from SAS Management Console.

 Using SAS Data Integration Studio to develop various job processes for ETL (Extract, transform
and load) data warehouse database.

 Creating SAS Programs to pull the data from the Microsoft SQL server. Created SAS Data sets
from External files.

 Using SAS Data Integration Studio to create new dimension type, new dimension and load them

needs by using SMC and test their libraries from Enterprise Guide with a through test process.

 Backing up SAS Enterprise Guide and restore, providing support for various issues, creating
connections in SAS EG, etc.
