- One of the advantages of the new SHRM is the selection of employees. Through careful
evaluation of personal characteristics of the candidate the company can have the “best”
applicant that fits to the needs. Another advantage is that the training and development
can extend beyond just merely information and orientation but it provides organizational
components. Lastly, the new SHRM can provide a framework for decision-making.
Strategy can be a framework of the company that can lead its employee to move into one
direction. Strategy can provide a vision for the future, that confirms the mission and
values that the company carries. Providing framework can bring an impact to its
without followers is not a leader. HR should have a perceptions of seeing themselves work
together with their managers smoothly and frictionless as possible. The HR should also be
engage to the decision making for the company which allows them to be informed and
exercise their rights. Engagement will capture diverse pool of talented leaders and eliciting
