Important: When downloading the split files from SWS, the “Download Manager” feature is recommended.

Some browsers (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6) rename files with extensions like .z01, z02, . during download.
Please check the extension of the files you have downloaded. In case you want to download File.z01, File.z02
and File.zip it can happen that the new names after the download are File.z01.zip, File.z02.zip and File.zip. The
browser has added another extension ".zip" to the Files File.z01 and File.z02. Before you extract the zip archive,
please rename the files File.z01.zip and File.z02.zip to its original names File.z01 and File.z02. Please do not
rename the file File.zip.

Tip: when extracting an ISO image using WinZip, open the ZIP file, click on the Extract icon at the top of the
window, select the folder where the image must be saved and hit the Save button. This will make the image to be
extracted directly to the selected folder. Don't use the drag-and-drop mode, i.e. moving the ISO image with the
mouse from the WinZip window directly to a folder, because WinZip will then create a temporary file before
copying it to the selected folder, therefore requiring more free space in the hard disk and more time to complete
the operation.

Important: If WinZip is unavailable for use, the freeware utility ZipGenius is recommended. The software is
available for download from the internet.
