1 Title
The title of my report is “Accounting Information System (AIS) of Tech Valley
Solutions Ltd.”

1.2 Report Purpose

The primary purpose of this report is to collect real-world experience based on the
knowledge gathered at Manarat International University.

1.3 Origin of the Report

The MBA program is designed to focus on theoretical and professional
development of students who are ready to take up business as a profession as well
as a career. In this connection, I was assigned to prepare a report on “Accounting
Information System (AIS) of Tech Valley Solutions Ltd.” for my practical
orientation.

1.4 Objectives of the Study

This report fulfills some objectives as follows:

1.4.1 Primary Objectives

 To analyze the Accounting Information System of Tech Valley Solutions Ltd.
 To theorize the idea of AIS.

1.4.2 Specific Objectives

 To present an overview of Tech Valley Solutions Ltd.
 To get a clear idea of AIS practiced by them.
 To identify deviations in their Accounting System.
 To provide recommendations to improve their AIS.

1.5 Methodology

To make the report meaningful and presentable, data were collected from both
primary and secondary sources.

 Direct discussion with the officers of Accounts Department of Tech
Valley Solutions Ltd.
 Observation of that organization’s activities.

SECONDARY SOURCES
 Different records of the organization
 Different types of documents
 Various websites

1.6 Limitations of the Study

While preparing the report, we have faced some obstacles that affect our are as
follows:

 Gathering of actual data was not easy due to constraints and restrictions posed
by the organization.
 Large-scale research was not possible due to time constraints.

1.7 Report Review:

This report has been prepared on chapter basis. There are four chapters in this
paper. Those are as follows:

Chapter One: Introduction of the report.

Chapter Two: Literature review of Accounting Information System based on
theoretical knowledge and derived from secondary sources.
Chapter Three: In this chapter we included overview of Accounting Information
System of Tech Valley Solutions Ltd. Some analytics have also been listed upon
the parts of AIS of the organization.
Chapter Four: Conclusion.
