Elections Management Software

raised a $1.5 million funding round investment from tech venture fund CoFounders Capital located in
Cary, NC. Additionally, with this raise, David Gardner, Managing Partner with CoFounders Capital, will
join the EasyVote Board of Directors. The round of funding will be used to continue EasyVote's national
expansion of helping cities, counties and states in the United States run more successful elections.
