Interpretation
The above table show that 28 % respondents is from age group 24-28, 26% respondents
are from age group above 38, 18% respondents are from age groups 29-33, 34-38, and
10% respondents are from age group 19-23, this shows that most of the respondent
belongs to age group 24-28.

From the above table it can be seen that employees expect salary administration &
benefits to be main reason for conducting a performance appraisal. Decision to layoff is

Interpretation
From the graph it can be seen that majority of the respondents are satisfied with the
appraisal system. Only 28% are dissatisfied with the appraisal system. Out of which 15%
are fully dissatisfied, 10% are partial dissatisfied, 3 are dissatisfied.
