Case 1: XYZ Company Review of discriminatory practices

Problem

Qualitative studies and perusal of records revel possible discriminatory practices by the company in
terms of compensation practices resulting in a sense of inequity and resentment among employees
towards the company, further leading to decline in job motivation and involvement.

Decision statement

To improve the employee motivation and involvement by redressing the discriminatory intent in
salary administration.

Research objective

To review fairness of compensation practices in XYZ company
