Objectives

 To investigate how organizations in Sweden today manage cultural diversity.


 To get a better picture of the cultural diversity in a company work environment and how it's
viewed and managed.
 To enhance its cultural diversity capacities in teaching, learning, research engagement and in its
operation and administration.
 To promote diversity in cultural knowledge and competence, d promote professional
development
 To introduce cross-cultural communication
 To maximize the potential of all employees and serve a diverse range of customers
 To know an utilizing an effective diversity management strategy which will result in stronger
partnerships between management and their line function staff members; allowing diverse work
