Use of, and reasons for use of a bond.

If you've read the BEA, (Bill of Exchange Act) then this will make a lot more sense to you, and
keep in mind here a bond is a negotiable instrument, with or without transferable or negotiable
limitations.

The biggest thing I think most people are missing is one simple point.

What is being conveyed on the bond? What is the message that any holder of it receives after
reading the text on the bond? I think too many of you got brain locked into: the bond is the
money. It has the effect of money. There is no money. You have to also remember that money
[payment] is what the parties to an agreement agree it is. This is the reason for attempting a
novation; to get out of any existing agreement that maybe a cheque drawn on a bank is the
agreed upon method of payment to your bond or lawful money of account, which is labour. You
may have to argue it is labour but it is because all contracts you sign that involve money matters
can only be reasonably expected to be paid with your after work after tax bank credits. You cant
pay with gold dug out of your backyard if you were so lucky. Hence there is no lawful money of
account. You are somewhat forced to use private or public currency you have no control over as
to how you get it. It could be said you can pay with gold and you can but not at its commodity
value. Its not worth 300 and ounce if you and i wish to pay debts with it.

Does it not say that John Doe will cover any losses, costs, and performances of JOHN DOE as
regards the alleged creditor? Now if the bond you issue is returned to you for any reason other
than collection, s.84 of the BEA clearly specifies the specific peril upon the holder who does not
present the instrument. [see below]. It does not matter at what point you issue a bond. Once it is
issued, it is now up to the holder to present it for payment. This has to be done in order to fix for
certain the amount due on a date and that the note was or was not paid. If its not presented, how
can one say for certain the money was not available?

Now given that corporate entities can only claim against other corporate entities, the holder itself
being a corporate entity, cannot collect on your bond because it can only use the ALL CAPS
names on claim documents. The man or woman does not own anything and has nothin`g to
give, let alone the poinp, foreign açents, lawyers¬ courts etc., cannot
take$them. That still does not preclude uhe holder brom presenting thl bond
vor payment. It says on the face, "I underwriTe with my private exemption
any and all obligations of p(eichu05 rformance/loss/cosvs sustaineä by ROYAL BANK .
The intent of t(e issuer is very clear.(You wilì find tha| most holderr don’t e6en know what$to

Hearsay is one reason we are all living in the land of Mickey Mouse. A lack of facts. Deal with
the facts and offer only facts, not hearsay or un-proven un-founded accusations or suggestions.
Anyone is welcome to come to my home any time and see that I have less now than I had a year
ago. Folks who suggest I wish for free stuff, have no concept of who I am or what I am about. I
feel sorrow for such souls.

I put my money where my mouth is to all you accusers, now put up or shut up. Prove your claim
or go away, change your thinking, wake up, whatever can be said to get you to think of your
ludicrous acts of insanity. Show the proof or get real. I USE THIS KNOWLEDGE TO HELP
OTHERS GET OUT OF DEBT WITH THE HOPE THEY DO NOT LOOSE ASSETS TO A
CORPORATION THAT CREATED NOTHING AND YET IS CLAIMED OWNER OF IT ALL
[I SUGGEST CORPORATIONS GET STUFF FOR NOTHING], NOT TO ACQUIRE ASSETS.

We people will have a difficult time moving forward collectively if we are going to accuse each
other of things based on zero facts. Do not Courts operate with no facts. Would it be safe to
suggest then that folks who do accuse or offer information which is lacking in facts are no better
or different than the very court system they claim to dislike? Walking, living, breathing,
contradictions as evidenced by the accusers who are to busy being accusers to see what they
themselves are doing to all people they affect, based on no first hand knowledge what so ever.
Pity that you are so young and immature. I know my truth and that’s all I can claim to know. We
should all consider sticking only to the facts and discarding everything else as worthless info
unless and until proven otherwise. Innocent until proven guilty, isn’t that the concept?

Speak only of truth, speak only truth, or what do we have? FICTION????????????????

On a final parting note, remember your purpose on this planet is not to cower to others or be
under another’s rule. You have a specific purpose that no party can trespass upon unless you
allow it. Stand for your purpose whatever it is, just declare it and walk the line as best you are
able. If you need help, you are in fact incompetent. If you go to school to be taught by others,
you are incompetent. FACT. Why? We did not come to this planet to be the same. 6 billion
people equals 6 billion individual minds, thought patterns, methods, looks, appeals, likes,
dislikes, views, sense, sights, smells, knowing, beliefs, etc. etc. etc.

Be the individual you are. Otherwise, you are not and you will be classified into a group. It
would be and would have been impossible to get conformity in commerce if people were not
taught to think alike. God nor your spirit ever intended for us to think or be alike. Like minds
works for THEM but is not part of your purpose in being unless you believe so, hence we went
to school believing we had to learn what they wished for us to learn. Hence you were taught by
the THEMS to think like the THEMS, which is in direct conflict with your true in being purpose
and an expression you have no idea who you is and as such you are incompetent for thinking you
have to conform with THEM. The THEMS are closer to the truth than you might think or care to
admit. The THEMS hold every bible ever printed. Why?

What is the GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD? Who would dent the existence of the greatest
story told?

I almost forgot one other issue. A couple of weeks ago i mentioned that some people are
becoming subjects of Her Majesty in order to achieve a level of protection and freedom. I have
expressed my feelings on that issue and i will never go to an equal or party with a fiction title for
freedom or protection. My God is my protector as he is the Queens so it makes no sense to go to
the fiction queen for protection when she herself goes to the higher God, which if one does,
indicates to me that if you do seek protection from the Queen, it is an admission you have no
idea who you are or your power. I can never come closer to My God if I deny My God and what
he has already provided. I can never get to England any other way than by plane as long as I
believe that’s the only way to get there. I can never be in touch with my God if I put another
party ahead of My almighty protector. I am not suggesting I am correct, I am expressing my
beliefs.

Natural order of things is, God, people, then everything else. These folks are insisting that it is
Queen, people. Her Majesty gets her advice from God, so why would I go to her when I can go
directly to God, bypassing her. Who is she anyhow? And, what does she have to do with me, or
with the overall ‘big picture’?

Enjoy your Thanksgiving everyone. Tis the time to recall the beginning of the end for North
America and its native peoples and all other natural beings that has never be the same since, the
white commercial man came. Perhaps we should give thanks to the native peoples in the stead,
who died trying to stop the invasion which has clearly led to unprecedented destruction of
everything that is natural, and now folks are actually considering selling their souls to seek
protection from the unnatural in 2003. We have learned very little. Had the natives not fought
and died, perhaps we white folks would all be locked up now. Perhaps what the natives did was
delay what some feel is still coming as regards total planetary rule over people, by things. [names
on pieces of paper, anything other than a living thing, corporations, titles. I suggest we stop
acknowledging the THINGS and accept and deal with reality. I am not suggesting I am correct, I
am expressing my beliefs.

HER MAJESTY IS NOT FLESH. THE QUEEN IS NOT FLESH. QUEEN IN RIGHT OF
CANADA IS NOT FLESH. QUEEN IN RIGHT OF CANADA HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH
me. Me in right of me, anything less is a cry for help from another party and is no different from
my perspective on going to school, which as codified in the USA, means that one is incompetent.

My creator God would not judge or punish me for seeking protection from a thing, he would
simply roll over and say, Vic still hasn’t figured out who he is yet. He thinks he needs protection
from a man made thing which indicates that he doesn’t know that I already do protect him if he
would only ASK, - if he doesn’t already believe.

Let the force be with you said Luke Sky Walker. He meant, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF as is
expressed in the MATRIX, is the only way to freedom of the mind body and soul. If you seek
freedom elsewhere, you will never achieve it. If you seek temporary saviorship from a queen
thing, you are only delaying the inevitable. Sooner or later you will grow to know the truth of
