‟FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KINERJA PERAWAT
DALAM PERILAKU PENCEGAHAN INFEKSI NOSOKOMIAL DI RUANG RAWAT
INAP KELAS I DAN II RSUD BAHTERAMAS PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGGARA.”

Data yang diperoleh dari Rumah Sakit Umum Bahteramas Provinsi Tenggara tahun
2017 didapatkaan angka kejadian Flebitis pada bulan Januari sebesar 0,19%, Februari
sebesar 0,56 %, dan Maret sebesar 0,47%. Sedangkan kasus IDO pada bulan Januari
sebesar 11,11%, Februari sebesar 8,33% dan Maret sebesar 2,5%, walaupun terjadi
penurunan kasus namun jika dibandingkan dengan SPM sebesar < 1,5%, maka hal tersebut
belum tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang
berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat dalam perilaku pencegahan infeksi nosokomial di
Ruang Rawat Inap kelas I dan II RSUD Bahteramas Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan desain Cross sectional Study. Populasi
dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bertugas di ruang rawat inap kelas I dan kelas
II Rumah Sakit Umum Bahteramas Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara berjumlah 55 orang.
Penarikan sampel menggunakan tehnik Proportional Random Sampling. Sampel
penelitian ini 35 responden.
Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan nilai X2 hitung = 23,819 k = 0,82 yang
berarti adanya hubungan kategori sangat kuat tingkat pendidikan dengan kinerja
perawat. Lama masa kerja nilai X2 hitung = 10,980 k = 0.560 yang berarti adanya
hubungan kategori sedang lama masa kerja dengan kinerja perawat. Kepatuhan
menggunakan APD nilai X2 hitung = 7,363 k = 0.45 yang berarti adanya hubungan
kategori sedang kepatuhan penggunaan APD dengan kinerja perawat.

Data obtained from the Southeast Provincial General Hospital of Bahteramas in

2017 that the incidence of phlebitis in January was 0.19%, February of 0.56%, and
March by 0.47%. While the IDO case in January was 11.11%, in February was 8.33%
and March was 2.5%, although the decrease in cases but when compared to the SPM
of <1.5%, then it has not been achieved. The purpose of this study is to factors related
to the performance of nurses in the behavior of prevention of nosocomial infections in
the first and second class hospital wards Bahteramas Hospital Southeast Sulawesi
Province.
The type of this research is analytic with Cross sectional Study design. The
population in this study are nurses who provide inpatient services class I and class II
Regional General Hospital Bahteramas Southeast Sulawesi Province amounted to 55
people. Sampling using Proportional random sampling technique. sample of this study
35 respondents.
Research shows that education value of X2 count = 23,819 k = 0,82 which means
existence of very strong category relation education level with nurse performance. The
length of service of X2 count = 10,980 k = 0.560, which means that there is a long
category of working relationship with nurse performance. Compliance using the APD X2
value count = 7,363 k = 0.45 which means the existence of a moderate category of
compliance of use of APD with the performance of nurses.
