and whose will was proved in the Salisbury District
Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High
Court of Justice on the 15th day of October, 1880, by
Joseph Carpenter and Alfred Beaven, the executors
thereof), are hereby required to send particulars of their
respective claims or demands to the undersigned, on or
before the 15th day of December, 1880, after which day
the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets
of the said Jane Hunt amongst the parties entitled
theieto, having regard only to the debts or claims of
which they shall then have had notice; and the said
executors will not be liable for the assets so distributed
to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then

N OTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other
persons having any claim, debt, or other demand
against the estate of the late Jamea Veysey Southcott,
late of the White Hart Tavern, New Cross Grate, in the
county of Surrey, Licensed Victualler, deceased (who died
on the 23rd day of July, 1880, and whose will, with one
codicil thereto, was proved on the 6th day of October,
1880, by Mary Pierce, Widow, Batterson Goode Norman,
and William Veysey Southcott, the three executors named
therein, in the Principal Registry of the Probate
Division of the High Court of Justice), are hereby
